The whole shower has to be re-tiled and the shower glass removed and replaced. Estimate is upwards of 15k in damages plus loss of use of this shower for who knows how long. Eric should have known better than to upsell me on the full regrout if he was not confident in his work.

I was also disgusted with all the additional charges added on for pre-treating. So, we just gave up trying to keep the carpet clean except for vacuuming. Last year with our first grand-child crawling, we HAD to clean the carpet more thoroughly. I tried Zerorez. I could not believe how clean the one time Zerorez treatment got our old, filty carpet. The color looked almost new. All of the stains except one near the door seemed to totally disappear. The young man who did the cleaning wroked very hard and was incredibly thorough. The carpet was almost dry when he left and was soft and had no lingering odors. Best of all, there were no additional charges. The stated offer for three rooms included all the pre-treatment - and there was a lot. Over the year, about a dozen of the worst stains have re-appeared. I guess the stain from the carpet pad slowly seeps up through the carpet again.Since our grand-daughter is now walking and will be visiting again, I have already scheduled Zerorez to come back this next weekend and look forward to a beautiful clean and soft carpet again for the holiday season.

The other store's quote made me pause and get a second opinion. Your Flooring Guys pricing for the same products (laminate, floor boards, etc) was so much better! They only sell the product but they will refer installers. We worked with Juan. He and his crew demoed our existing floor (wood and tile), installed all the flooring and baseboard in 3 days! It was 1300 square feet of work. We were so impressed with his work we asked if he had a painting crew and he did. His price beat another bid by $10k.
