The first and worst boat detailing experience in my life. If you like being ripped off by thieves then this is the place for you. Keith the detailer claimed he would leave my seats white as new, polish inside and out outside of my boat. Let me say that my boat was in really good condition when i dropped it off. He claimed it had lots of oxidation. I agree it did on the inside. The outside needed very little buffing. Seats were dirty, although he did not leave my seats as white as he said he would, i understand that it could be impossible to make them white white. They buffed what needed to be buffed on the hull. I wasn't impressed on how the hull turned out considering it didn't need much work. The insides was all cleaned and met their expectations but not mine. The walls and center console were not buffed and shined because it had "PTEF Non skid glare deck chemical". So they were left dull white. Fyi he offered to do more cleaning/buffing but I wasn't gonna make another two hour drive. So i took the boat home and started doing what they claimed was impossible. I cleaned over it again and buffed the inside walls and center console myself and wow its coming out very nicely shined up. I asked the detailer how come I'm able to shine up the inside, his response was " We did our best " I guess your a better detailer then me". They also broke my vhf antenna but they did pay for it. They had my boat for three days and honestly I saw only one full day of work. I think they took my boat for a joy ride. They also lost one of my cup holders. My boat is a 02 Boston whaler dauntless 160. I'm extremely upset with them and hope they never steal another soul for as long as they live. They charged me $375 and what they did was buff the outside and clean the seats and inside. They supposedly cleaned inside my center console and rear storage. Bs they left them the way i had them.
