I have had several service issues of which they handled with a super quick response !!! I travel for work all the time and all the guys at Rinkers make sure my boat is ready for me to put in the water as soon as im in town !!! Run & hide! Do not buy a boat from here! We've had five different warranty issues for the past year & a half on our brand new TriToon, and none of them have been resolved yet! The guy that sold us our boat, Will has been a nightmare to work with as well. We have called him several times with these issues, and his response is always that he's golfing, or he just doesn't care to help now that he's gotten the sale, and our money! i took in poontoon boat my first so called 100 hr service . such a scam i got charged $1,500 for this service now it was leaking fuel from motor. but im sure it was a simple fix . when I bought my boat from them the owner went out with me to launch it with me and he was a very ni e man down to earth . but steven his service manager is giving the name Rinckers a bad name and leaving a shit taste in the mouth . read more

If I could give more stars I would. Okay so I saw reviews were not accepted so I hope this review is posted. I recently purchased a tritoon boat from Rinkers. My experience went beyond my expectations. The price was right, the delivery was on time and customer service was exceptional. Jim, sales manager, Chris Rinker son, was extremely helpful and Jerry the dad who delivered the boat was awesome. Wow, Jerry spent 2.5 hours helping, instructing, giving advice, and taking time to answer all my questions. I've owned boats off and on for 30 years and my experience with Rinkers surpasses all experiences. When I buy my next boat I won't hesitate to buy from Rinkers! took my boat there this winter for its 100 hour service, they guys nailed it, found a problem that i did not know about and repaired it too.. fair on the price, quality work, had my boat back in record time, they also pointed me in the right direction for some interior repairs at the upholstery shop they use, Aurtoro did a nice job, fair money. read more

Love my new South Bay tri toon! Everyone at Rinker's Boat World was so great to work with. Sales, Finance, and Service dept.

Hired services department to locate and repair holes and damage in the middle toon on my pontoon boat after hitting a stump in the lake. They contacted me and said they had identified a hole in the toon and needed my ok to patch it. I gave approval and they drained water out of toon, welded a patch over damage and claimed they did a pressure test on the toon. When I picked up the boat after repair they told me the water had got into the starter and needed to be replaced, I had starter replaced at another repair shop. I launched boat back into lake and drove a short distance and parked boat. After 30 minutes of engine off parked I tried to start boat with no success, starter was making odd sound so I opened up engine compartment and saw water in there again. I pulled boat out of lake took it back to Rinker's to be looked at and they informed me that the boat had hit something in the water again and caused a new hole. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. They refused to take ownership for missing a second hole in the toon and refused to fix the hole and starter. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT! read more
