Think twice before you select this group for snow removal. Last winter(2017) we had a bad storm…read more(among several) and they never showed or called for 3 days. My husband who is a bilateral amputee had to take care of it. Very dangerous for him as he cannot feel the ground beneath him. Their excuse was machines breaking down and not being able to find anyone to snow blow. However, they didn't have the decency to call us. We prepaid for the service and also had a severe medical situation that needed nurses and hospice staff to be able to enter our property. They knew that when we hired them. At the end of the year, I sent in more money to cover if it snowed in March/April. The monies left over would be held for this year (2018). I have called them many, many times over the summer, leaving messages and getting no response. Finally, today contact was made. They couldn't wait to tell me they had received no calls from me (basically that I was a liar) and thought it best to end their service. I agreed. I asked for my refund, she said to read my contract, and hung up on me. Apparently, I have lost my $200+ money that was to roll over to this year. I always paid ahead and if any extra work was done, I paid them cash before they left. We often had to go out after them as well because they would not go down to the tar as requested and created a sheet of ice which was very treacherous for all of us who had to maneuver on it. Very disappointed in their lack of service and would not recommend.

He gave me a qoute for lead paint abatement, and pretended to be looking out for another veteran by giving me a discount. I should've known it was too good to be true. He scammed me out of $1,800. Using the misfortune of the tragic collapse of the Baltimore bridge as a scare tactic, stating that material prices would skyrocket and he needed the deposit to secure the materials for the work. Once I paid the deposit, he stopped responding to my calls and changed his phone number several times and even blocked my number. Todd never did the work and has not refunded the $1,800 deposit. It's been a whole year and I cannot get a hold of anyone at A Property Solution of Maine. DO NOT trust anything they say, beware of this scammer.
