I store the boat and motor home there and that is convenient they wrap and I have had no bad issues at all. I had problems with my motorhome that I had a number of people look at and it was not resolved and the mechanics at Ponce were eventually able to resolve it and my motorhome runs great now and I mean great I could not be more pleased. You can feel confident that they will do the best they can for you maybe not always perfect but they'll take care of things. They also maintain my boat trailers and have even had work done on my truck. This is an $11,000+ part. I am lucky enough to own the exact model boat that this part will fit on. I emailed with Will a few times and spoke on the phone a few times. The marina is almost 4 hours away from my house & the only time that I was able to get away from work to go pick up the part was during the holiday season. Will gave me his personal cell # so that I could call him when I got up there & he sent one of his employees over to help me load the part - even though the marina was closed at the time. The part is in very good condition with some cosmetic scratches. Once painted, it will be perfect. There aren't too many of this model boat that this part would fit, so it may have been difficult to find a buyer if he had tried to sell it, BUT... it is a heavy aluminum part, several hundred pounds, and he could have scrapped it and made money just off of the value of the aluminum. What a nice marina, I wish it wasn't so far from my home and my boating. It is in a great location with beautiful scenery. Both Will and Jason (the one who helped me load the part) were very nice. If I am ever boating in the Naples area, I will absolutely go to Moose Landing Marina. THANKS WILL!
