I apologized for the inconvenience but afterwards I discovered I had been removed from the loyalty program. When I politely asked to be reinstated and have my points restored, I felt I was still being treated as though the misunderstanding hadn't been resolved. As a longtime customer, that was disappointing and pretty extreme.
