He was able to diagnose the issue (disintegrated impeller) over the phone and come meet me within an hour. He immediately got to work while I drove to Redding to grab a new impeller. We met the next morning at 8 AM and I was back on the water with no problems an hour later. Larry is extremely reputable, knowledgeable, and his prices are fair.
