I understand that small businesses face challenges, but them DOUBLING the completely arbitrary timeline that THEY gave to us, taking our money (it wasn't cheap - we wanted to support a local business but for that price we should have gotten them in a week) and then never being available for any kind of questions while failing to deliver the ONLY product they offer? Shame. Because of these people's incompetent inability to provide what I've already paid for, I've already missed multiple events where we needed to promote our business. Don't be like me, be smart, and get your shirts anywhere else. These crooks will only take your money and go radio silent for a month. Avoid them at all cost.
