He was very professional and accommodating, letting me have some time to think over my decision financially. Overall he got the job done and was right on the quote. I was looking to get the impeller replaced joe noticed the fuel filter needed replacing with fuel pump quick upcharge fine needs it get er done as they say. sent me vid of it running great, also mentioned trailer bearings need replacing. fine do that while it's there i like to support local business whenever possible Impeller was 8 yrs old other parts were original equipment super reliable motor. Everything fine till pickup paid over 1000 for probably 600 worth of work, but hey ya gotta pay to play. joe mentioned the tarp on the boat was blowing around. when i looked it was because they were too lazy to put the Bunge cords on to hold the tarp they were laying on the ground with the tarp stuffed in the boat. so i started putting the tarp on myself and had a cardiac event setting off my defibrillator 1st time in 2 yrs 4th since 2017 .should have gone and asked for help but was too stubborn. so i took several breaks and struggled on. Small things like putting the customers tarp back on matters. It shows as a business owner you care. myself being a business owner. would be like remodeling a kitchen and then taking the boxes from the cabinets and leaving them on the kitchen floor. if the amount of care taken with the tarp is any indication of the quality of the work done on my motor which is usually a pretty good indicator I'm in trouble.

We bought a brand new 22ft Bennington Pontoon from Munson at the Chicago Boat show this January…read more The process could not have been easier. We looked all over the show but came back to Munson to buy. We got exactly what we wanted. Peter Biasco was awesome walking us through the process, options, etc. we was patient with all our questions. When the boat came in during March we went out to meet Adam and get all the final papers signed. They were all ready and we were in and out quickly, were able to see the boat, and set up delivery. We have a lake house on Lake Holiday (Sandwich, IL) so it is nearly a 2 hour drive from Munson to deliver it but Captain Bill brought it out, launched it, showed us all the ins and outs, and helped us figure out the best way to get it tied to our dock. He was great with us, and showed us everything we need to know about the new boat. Captain Bill spend a couple hours with us going around the lake, making sure everything worked and we were ready to take it on our own. I could not be happier with the process, service, and thoroughness of the team and we look forward to this summer and many more with the boat!

I was on the fence on different models and brands and she helped me with a side by side comparison so I picked the right one with options that I need. It was a big purchase for me so she wasn't pushy, on the other hand she also welcomed me with open arms and made me feel comfortable since I have had trouble in the past with sales people not wanting to approach me since I don't have the appearance of being rich. She didn't hesitate to greet me and help me out. Later after we made sure that we had the right make and model she introduced me to one of the owners Matt. We sat down and he dialed me in with the price. It was like a no haggle thing since I was shopping and knew what this should cost and he was below anyone else. He was very very helpful and was a pleasure to do business with. This is a family business and they treated me like family. When I called them 10 days ago they were waiting for an air filter. I have had to call them numerous times to see if the filter came in only to be told it was on backorder. When I called back and told them I'd get the filter myself it miraculously showed up. Yesterday they committed that they would return the mower this morning. They haven't arrived nor have they called. I called and was told they were too busy to deliver it today and they would maybe try this afternoon. The rude gentleman who answered the call said he was swamped with other customers and hung up. I'm not sure how these people stay in business.
