Called J bird Storage and Justin answered, he was very nice and said his storage place has in house dump station for his customers, we informed him we were all set up elsewhere and he still allowed us to dump at his location. Upon arriving we saw that everything looked nice and well kept, large lot and easy to access dump station. We will definitely consider for the future. This is centrally located and definitely competitive with other spots we know of. It is one thing to have a good location but being kind and accessible was such a plus, we are grateful and look forward to working with Justin again.

They have indoor storage units that are deep enough to hold boats up to 30' and some may even be deeper. Anchor Inn is also located on level ground unlike several other storage locations that are on hillsides or back in town. It makes it nice and easy to tow my boat in and out. This place is also right down the way from the public launch which I can't say enough about. It's really convenient to launch your boat 2mins from your storage unit. There's really only a couple downsides to Anchor Inn. One would have to be that there aren't electrical outlets in each unit. They have some outside and are shared which is fine as long as your storage neighbors don't have trickle charges going on there RV's, Boats, or toys. Second would be the gravel road and easements. It's well done but concrete would make backing the boat into the storage unit easier and less dirt/dust would blow into the unit as well. The owners are very nice and the rates a competitive to others in the area. All in all I would recommend Anchor Inn to anyone storing there toys in Parker.

You are not allowed to use your own lock, they require you to use theirs, and they have a master key but they don't tell you that up front. My RV was stolen after being here for one week. It was located weeks later being driven by a guy that knows people connected to this place, with his meth pipe and Tweaker gear in there also. My RV is currently at a shop for $50,000 in repairs according to the estimate. The manager has shady family living on the property, and they lied to the police investigating the theft. So did the manager she lies to police to protect her own, she knows who took my RV, she knows exactly who. If you want your stuff stolen park it here.

They call after 2pm and ask me to fill out a digital contract and "try to" send it back completed by 3pm as that is when they close their office for the day. They took my card number for payment over the phone. I got the contract sent over in the evening as soon as I got to my computer. (I was an hour away when she called, and I told her this) Received a call the next morning at 7:45am letting me know they're going to rent it to someone else because I didn't return they're contract quickly enough. Poor customer service. Store your boat somewhere else.

Dropped the boat off Weds morning before memorial weekend. It was done a few hours later, but my truck broke. They stored the boat overnight while the truck got fixed. Picked up Thursday morning, and enjoyed three days on the water with family. Zero issues. Thanks guys!

Stored my boat here for the last year. They were pretty good the first 6 months but then their…read moreservice fell off. The gate was open all the time or the code left in the gate. Paid for a service on my boat and picked it up twice with the service not done. Paid January 29th. Went to pick up 1st week of June and it was not done, then went to pick up Thursday and also was not done. Boat was supposed to be cleaned and it was given back to me dirty and full of bird poop like they left it outside. I was mad and asked for a refund for the three months I just paid for storage. And they said they do not offer refunds on storage so I disputed the charges on my credit card for the service and storage that I prepaid and am not using.
