Great weekend with waverunner as the highlight of our family vacation! On phone inquiry with Jason was informative and easy. Scheduled time and met the next day 6/22/19 at dock with Robert and everything was smooth. Full tank of gas and extra life vests offered to us. End time was 6:30pm and Robert was there waiting and drive right up to trailer and out of water. Great experience and will use them again. Some good memories for the family.... Update: Aug 23-24,2019- a last second run to the river for a quick weekend trip and our friends rented a waverunner (I own my own now). The gal who helped over the phone was accommodating, patient and very helpful. Offering to get us setup with a waverunner and on water that same afternoon within an hour so that we can ride that day and keep for two days. We agreed to arrangements and waverunner was at the launch waiting as we pulled up with extra life vests and two empty gas containers to refill at local stations (not at expensive dock gas) to keep us running during weekend... No, duct tape doesnt fix everything!!!!! We had made reservations for 2 jet skis and a pontoon boat. One of the skis didnt even make it out of the launch before it died so we had 1 ski and a pontoon boat that was falling apart. We lost the first hour with the guys looking at the ski that never started up and the last 2 hours because the boat finally gave up. No apologies or offer of a discount Ruined our weekend!!! Rented a pontoon for my daughters wedding weekend. What a huge disappointment! The boat was filthy and I'm not sure when the last time it was cleaned, if ever. We spent a good half hour just wiping everything down. Unacceptable especially during COVID. Seats were ripped! Then as if that wasn't bad enough, the stair was broken. Also, as we were cruising along the whole side of the boat ripped out of the flooring. Oh and the speakers didn't work! Only offered $100 credit. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! my friends and i got screwed: we had made reservations to rent a pontoon and when we called the place to confirm pickup time and location they said they didn't remember talking to us, even though we gave them our credit card info. After a few minutes of arguing back and forth, the "owner" got on, changed his story, and said he tried calling us several times this week and when we didn't pick up the second time he automatically cancelled it. That is not true. we don't have a single missed call or voice message. I've called three companies to see if there has been a last minute boat cancellation and described my current situation with them. I forgot to get my new life vest off the rented boat from Wet and Wyld Rentals when it was returned. The vest was a gift and important to me but I was so busy with the fun time that I was careless and forgot to remove it. Long story short, 3 days later I called Wet and Wyld in hopes it was in there care, IT WAS!!!! Not only did they hold on to it, they brought it to me. Nicest and most trustworthy people. I REALLY wish I had paid attention to the most recent reviews. We rented a boat for the day and when we arrived the boat was really run down, not well maintained and the engine would barely start. Way overpriced for what we got. We tried to make the most out of the day even though we started it being ripped off by these people. Even though we were told that the engine having difficulty starting was due to it being the first start of the day, we continued having issues with the engine not wanting to start throughout the day. We finally got fed up and returned the boat early. We didn't want to get stranded because their equipment is run down. This was supposed to be an enjoyable, relaxing day on the river but we had the misfortune of dealing with this company in the business of renting overpriced junk. I felt as though I were in a third world country or something-never would I have expected such a sham of a deal, in the good ol USA. Be weary of Jason as he tried to pawn me a '05 Honda which I paid extra for as an "upgrade"...if a torn/burn- out seat is an upgrade, I'd hate to see what his other watercraft look like. He charged me close to $1k for an old busted jet ski that was actually being worked-on as I arrived. His request for a $500 CASH deposit should of been a major red flag for me. Worst part is that I ended up with no jet ski, yet my credit card was charged so now I have to dispute the charge. Terrible! read more

First the wave runners we got were in terrible condition. One had a ripped up seat, needed towel to protect legs. The other one looked good but the steering was off. Given one sand anchor for two and told to tie them together and don't park at docks or beach it. Stop in waist high water and anchor there. Well with the wakes for boats, etc they kept banging into each other and floating toward shore. Then when trying to leave a pebble got into the motor and it wouldn't go. We were charged an extra $100 for that. Not sure why we couldn't park at dock, the machines were already so banged and scratched up it wouldn't have mattered. They replaced the one with one that actually handled better but we were done and just brought them back to the launch area. Not a pleasant experience. Would not use them again. Any place you try to put them in waist high water also has the risk of being in the path of others. read more

Their equipment is junk! Rented a Yamaha waverunner for 1 day and returned it early! It was so beat up and scratched up from top to bottom it was embarrassing to ride! Seat was ripped, left mirror missing and deep scratches all over the top & bottom. It was hard to start so you ended up drifting down river or into other equipment tied up on the beach. It came with 2 life jackets that were dirty with stains down the front - hate to think what it was! The SUV they pulled up in to launch, the doors wouldn't open so they crawled out the window. The trailer had no wheel fenders or lights. AND we only used 1/4 tank of gas, ~5-7 gal, and they said they only go to 1 gas station in Parker to fill it (about 10 miles down the road) or I could just give the $50! I gave them $50 and the bird.... Do not rent from this place! read more

Old broken boats and sea doos - go somewhere else! We rented a pontoon boat and two sea doos in mid July from these guys. Alison was nice over the phone. I paid $495 which was supposed to be for their largest 15 person pontoon boat with double bimini as we had a large group with a toddler and a dog in the 110 heat. The pontoon rental was $495 and the sea doos were $250 each. When we arrived to meet them at the launch ramp we were surprised to see a very old and smallish pontoon boat with a singe yellow bimini that did not cover 50% of the seating. I told them this is not what we had rented and they blamed it on a mechanical issue with one of their other boats so they had to give our boat to someone else and then they rented this other one from one of their competing rental companies to keep us happy. I told them it would have been nice if they would have called us first to discuss this arrangement as we probably would have just changed our minds. But we figured we would go for it and it ended up being a huge mistake. Right from the beginning one of the sea doos kept stalling. They looked very old and beat up so this was no surprise. I called them and asked them to just come and get it and give us a refund but they insisted on trading it out for a better one (why didn't they just give us the better one from the beginning???) That took a good 3-4 hours off our rental time which I wasn't too worried about because I figured they would be reasonable and refund us the difference later. About 5 hours into our day, the pontoon boat would not start. I called them and they told me to check the prop to make sure there were no weeds tangled in there. It was clean as a whistle. I asked them to come assist us since we were about 7-8 miles up the river. I had no choice but to tow the pontoon boat with one of the sea doos. It took about 2 hours to tow the boat up river to a meeting point at one of the public ramps. After about 30 minutes they got the boat to start. They said it was flooded and of course blamed me for that. I towed the boat with a sea doo for 2 hours in the heat going 5 MPH. It was a terrible experience. I have boating experience and one thing I know for sure is their equipment is old and unreliable. So after all of this they did not even offer to give us a partial refund. So I had to call them later and ask for a refund on the time lost which I estimated was at least 3 hours with the boat and 1/2 day with the sea doo. I spend $995 total for that day, and they offered me a $75 refund and a free boating lesson haha! The boating lesson was their way of telling me this was all my fault. I called and emailed them back to ask for more but they have ignored me ever since. Wow what a waste of money but also they ruined our day on the river. What should have been a fun experience was turned into terrible and stressful day. Run for the hills from these guys - they cut corners and their equipment is trash. read more

Terrible service. If I could leave negative stars I would. We had a reservation set months in advance and they canceled it for some "emergency". Then, they gave our jet skis away to a different family and tried keeping our deposit. We called back a couple days later to see if they could get us jets skis cuz we couldn't find any anywhere, they said yeah we will get some out tomorrow because they had guys in the field that day whatever that means. Then when we called back they told us they couldn't even get us them anymore because they didn't feel like going back out into the field. Like what??? You cancel ours?? And then give them away to other people??? Make it make sense. We should've been priority if they were able to start renting out jet skis again and not just give ours away. We used this company and they assured the boat had been newly reupholstered. When we got it there were holes everywhere in the upholstery. It was disappointing. The boat didn't go into N, and they were late dropping it off. Would not rent again from this company. Pros: Nice guys to work with. Hassle free rental experience. Convenient launch and dock ramp out at BW Casino. Prices were fair. Equipment ran well for the most part. Cons: Skis and Boat had seen better days. (See details below) Pickup of Pontoon happened 2.5 hours after we docked it. (Can create issues with condition left in. Especially if someone wanted to take it back out or kids messed with it.) Check engine light came on with one ski about 10 minutes in. We were warned about this and it did not seem to effect the performance of the ski but still is something that should be fixed. Would of rated 4 stars if Equipment was in better shape. That being said, skis showed up with one having taped seats since the upholstery was ripped. Pontoon boat was in good condition but CD Player Aux Jack for phone hookup did not work. *Make sure to try to check the equipment while it is out of the water so you can see any pre exsisting damage. When we arrived the pontoon was already launched and in the water. Not insinuating anything, just saying for piece of mind, it would of been nice to check it out before it launched. Jason missed some damage on the jet skis that I had to point out to him so they are human and can miss some things. Overall a good experience though and we would rent from them again. read more

honestly, i have never experienced such bad customer service. to start off, i was set to pick up the boat at 10am ( i got there prior to 10am ) at 10:20am i called the facility to ask for an update. the catherine who answered said they will be there in 30 min. so i said, okay they will arrive at 11am correct? the lady says, no they will be there at 10:30am its 10:05 now. i then told her its 10:20am on my phone and she claims otherwise. by 11am i called again for an update and the same lady says they are running behind because they got a flat and two other people are also waiting on boats. by 11:40am the boat was barely arriving. i spoke with the gentleman dropping off the boat and asked why the boat was getting dropped off late and he said go speak with that guy. as i am walking over to speak to "that guy" he immediately took off. i go back to speak with the gentleman who referred me to him .and says " i told you to go speak with him. he is the owner not me". so i said, "i didn't know that was the owner you didn't say that". next thing you know, the gentleman starts going off on me. he spoke to me in a loud, assertive and disrespectful tone. when all i wanted was to ask why they were late. after he goes on his rant, he tells me "if you are unhappy that you waited so long fucken cancel the boat i dont fucken care. di whatever you want." seriously, as a store manager i would never and have never spoke with a client in that tone of voice. it was very unprofessional. to top it off, the boat was dirty. when you sat on the seats. the cushions would move and we would kep falling into the seat with are legs in an upward position. it was extremely unsafe to be in. not to mention, the battery died and we were unable to take the boat back to its destination. i called the facility and had them come pick it up. i hope that with my honest review you are able to make a decision for yourself. the man who dropped the boat off was luie and thr owner name is jason after renting the boat for less then 4 hours due to luli being late and the battery dying they charged my card $60 ! go else were ! read more

Over the phone, these people are great. But when you are getting the skis you realize they are totally thrashed. And you have surprise charges that you were never told about. They never mentioned the delivery fee on the phone or in the invoice. But there was definitely a big delivery fee. They also said in the invoice that it was 9.6% tax, but in reality they charge 13% tax. They will not work with you after they have overcharged. We rented four skis. One was great, that is the Honda. Two were just OK, one was very sluggish, the other kept collecting water that we had to drain six times within two days. The fourth one was too thrashed and didn't even have grips, so we did not rent it. What a joke! We also rented a boat for one day. Well it never came because it was broken. But I was still charged on my card for it. They did take it off but it took a couple months and we still had many charges that we were not expecting. It's too bad these people lie and do not honor their invoices. We won't be using them again! read more

This is by far the best place to rent jet skis in Parker. They are very flexible when it comes to the pick up and drop off which was perfect for us. Jason is also very strait forward and reasonable guy. If you take care of their skis like they are your own then you will have zero problems. We rented 2 skis for 3 days and have no complaints. Rental price was reasonable and they delivered and launched the jet ski, so everything was stress free and lots of fun. My family vacations here every summer and this was our first time renting from Wet and Wyld and we were pleasantly surprised! We've rented from other places in the past and they nit pick and charge you ridiculous fees to get a couple of extra bucks. However, Wet and Wyld was competitively priced, very convenient and offered fairly quick service. We called the same day from the BW Casino to rent two jet skis and within two hours my family was out on the water having a blast. Wet and Wyld delivered/picked up directly to us. Their customer service was what really stood out. At one point, one of the jet skis wouldn't start and within a 1/2 an hour there was another jet ski delivered for us to continue having fun, no accusations, no questions. Just quality service. The reason why it was not a full 5 stars is because the mechanical issue previously mentioned and the jet skis was pretty banged up prior to rental. Talked with John and Jason prior to renting and they are great to work with! We spent a week in Parker and rented a jet ski and a boat and they gave us a very fair rate. We had a little trouble operating the ski boat due to low water level in the river and they were VERY accommodating. They have the best rates of all the rental companies in the area and they do not nickle and dime you. They also offer to refill the gas tanks at the gas station in town to save $$, as gas on the river costs a lot more. Both water craft had a bit of wear and tear (we expected that), but what do you expect, they are rentals and they were fast and ran well. Jason provided instruction and was very helpful when I had a couple problems out in the river. He even met me mid-week to check fluids on the ski. I recommend these guys highly! read more

Affordable no! This company rented us a pontoon boat for $450 for 8 hours!!!! It was the most broken down piece of sh*t I have ever rented. When I saw it I asked for a different boat immediately and I asked for them to give us a lower price. They refused and already had my wife's credit card on file. Not wanting to ruin our time we were parked up and all ready to go with our coolers and everything. We decided to try and make the best of it. The floorboard was completely rotted out in places making it so we couldn't step on parts of the floor. NOT SAFE! Near the main entryway of the boat where the swim ladder attached it was sunken in rotted out. The engine refused to start and left us stranded a couple times just floating until I could get it going. Nearly flooded it a couple times just trying to start it after parking or floating for a few minutes. In the river! NOT SAFE!
