Thank goodness I had found Marine One services on line. As soon as I called Michelle picked up the phone, and we spoke, she gave me some hope. They were at least willing to come out and look at my motor. When Chris arrived, he did share some more bad news, I needed a new Stator, and Flywheel. He let Michelle know, and she went in search of......A few days later I got the good news I was hoping for. She found the parts. Chris came out, installed the parts in less than 1 hour, and my motor was as good as new. I called around and found that most companies don't even work on smaller outboards. 321 came out, serviced the engine, and showed me all the filth and buildup from it sitting so long. They clearly explained what work needed to be done, what parts were required, and why. I was even able to look up the parts myself and saw that they didn't overcharge me just because I was new to boating. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and there were no surprises on the bill. I was anxious to get the boat back on the water, and every time I called to check on the parts, they picked up on the first ring.
