I called around and found that most companies don't even work on smaller outboards. 321 came out, serviced the engine, and showed me all the filth and buildup from it sitting so long. They clearly explained what work needed to be done, what parts were required, and why. I was even able to look up the parts myself and saw that they didn't overcharge me just because I was new to boating. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and there were no surprises on the bill. I was anxious to get the boat back on the water, and every time I called to check on the parts, they picked up on the first ring. They got my motor fixed and running and even followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend them if you're looking for honest, reliable service at a fair price.

After texting back and forth, just hours before she is supposed to clean, she says "I'm NOT going to clean for less than $5.00 an hour more than I make..." We said we would pay the two of them $40.00 an hour:$20.00 for each and we always tip very well. For example, we gave $40.00 to a gentleman the other day who delivered a new sofa to our home. She also says that they won't take a check. I say, ok, no problem. THEN: she texts, "how many homes do you have"? Huh??? I say "one" that we rent on a monthly or weekly basis (we get $5k a month, so NOT a cheesy home). Savannah texts, "I only will clean if you have 5 condos." I think, "who has 5 condos? Not me!
