I've been a customer of Boatwrights pharmacy since 1989. In 1996 they gave my daughter who was a high school senior, her first job. She is now 43. And to this day they still give back to the community by hiring the youth as well as seniors in their stores. The wait for your prescription is usually no longer than 10 minutes. You are greeted as you enter the store and although they are always busy they are never too busy to say " have you been helped or someone will be right with you ". If you need consultation they are eager and willing to protect your privacy and answer your questions with dignity and respect. They also opened a store in Munford where I live and they are just as friendly and professional but it's a smaller store but does have the convenience of having a drive thru window. But I prefer the Millington store because they have more merchandise. They also carry unique gifts for all ages! They also offer after hours number that you can call and leave your refill number or name of medication and they will have it ready for pick up the next day. Mr. Boatwright SR. would always take the time to speak to every individual. Since his passing and even before now his son Stephen has carried on that tradition of hospitality. They genuinely appreciate each customer. They also added delivery service to better serve the community! Cheap products weren't cutting it anymore from Wally World . I went to Boatwright , quite embarrassed and at wits end. I spoke to the staff there and was able to order products that suited my needs. I was very impressed, relaxed and was able to keep my dignity in tact.
