Jim and his team took me under their wings and found a whole bunch of work that had not been done correctly and issues that should have been repaired prior to starting the roof. Jim's team found all the errors, the negligence and repaired EVERYTHING. I strongly recommend this company. The workers were professional, explained everything they found and how it needed to be fixed. The workers were courteous, worked hard and did the work with pride.

The initial consultation provided by Mike was informative. We were given options for the right type of windows for the rooms in our house. He also provided the expense involved before ordering. Partial payment is required to fulfil the order needed for these premium quality materials but it was all worth it and affordable. This company has excellent communication skills. They kept in touch with us for appointment times and how long they would be at our house and they were accurate! They provided professional workmanship to install the new windows, ensuring proper sealing and alignment from the old windows. There was no damage to our drywall on the inside or the siding on the outside of our home. AMAZING!!! The installers made sure you saw the work done before they left. They answers all our questions and discussed any concerns about the product to us before leaving. Absolutely impressed! Excellent service all around. 0 stars, start with POOR workmanship, the installation is of course just as bad as the company…read morethat makes these windows.I have a two story house in which The top floor windows were installed by STANTONS windows (PEMBROKE), so far I had no problems with their windows, A year later I bought windows for first floor from VALLEY windows and doors WORST MISTAKE, after paying close to $ 6000.00 I have called them to replace 1 window, ( still not fixed ) the replacement is worst than the 1 they replaced, manufacture problem, window not properly sealed gets condensation, waiting now months for replacement, all the rest were not properly installed and there was cold air coming in . The guy who came to fix them had a really bad attitude as if I was calling him just for kicks or to see his ugly face, after he left , one of the he fixed, wouldn't open, when I did get it open then would't stay open, it slid right back down, the person who sold me the windows came this time to "FIX it"...opened the window to clean PROBLEM BACK, waiting for someone to feel shame for the shabby work and come and once and for all, fix the problem, after all I all ready payed $ nearly $6,000.00. Needles to say I will be calling the Better Business Bureau, there has got to be a way to get to hold them accountable . DO YOUR HOMEWORK there are other companies that do their work without a horrible attitude.

Well after a week I called back and there was no indication my previous message had been kept so I again explained what I was looking for. Again I was told someone would be contacting me. After several hours I decided to call back and see what the situation was and at this time I was informed that when I was talking to them earlier in the day they did not hear what it was I needed due to poor phone connection (what a joke) and that because I had already purchased the items I was looking to have professionally installed that they would not help me. Apparently the individual I spoke with at the office, who was one of their actual workers and not the office staff, was either not aware of this or just failed to pass on my request. So in closing I have now wasted almost 2 weeks of my time waiting for someone to tell me they will either design a kitchen, manufacture it and install it (or you can have someone else install it as stated on their website, but they will not install anything that you do not purchase from or through them. If I could rate with negative "Stars" I would. I found I was misinformed and also this is very poor customer service. I will not recommend this business.

Not only did they complete a fantastic install but their follow up on any concerns we had was amazing. I never had completed any business with them before and only heard good reviews - they certainly lived up to everything I heard about the, We only had a simple countertop bathroom and kitchen job but I will be looking to do more business with them in the future.
