Previous owners tried to bondo it rather than replace the door and it looked awful. After waiting for my garage door to come in from the factory where Vinney found the closet match to our condo doors, he himself installed the unit. I went with the belt drive luftmaster, very quiet and it came with a phone app that was above my expectation. The MyQ app allows me to see if my door is open or closed when I'm away. It logs in all actions and by time. I even signed up for Amazon's my key and my packages are placed inside the door. The app shows me they open the door and closed it within the same mi use on many occasions already. No more worring about packages from Amazon and the door looks beautiful and works terrific. PS The door will open and closed from phone and also it has an alarm that warns others before it closes from the phone operation.
