My experience with Precision Overhead Door was wonderful and beyond expectation! My door needed to be repaired and I had called our previous servicer who suggested I fix it myself. I called another service who told me he'd call me back the following day but never did. Precision allowed me to book an appt on their website! On Friday, I booked the appt for Sunday morning! Wow!! I received both text and email confirmations of the appt, along with a photo of the technician so that I'd recognize him. On Sunday morning, Carlos, the technician, called me once prior to going to his appt before mine and called again when he was on his way to my home. He arrived on time, masked, and ready. He inspected my door, which is old, explained the issues that are wearing out and got to work taking care of the immediate problem. His repair was nicely done with a metal brace that should have been used by the previous servicer. I was able to pay him by credit card. He processed the payment on his Ipad, immediately sent me a receipt to my email and also sent me a summary and price for what needed to be replaced, should I decide to do so. No hard sell. I will definitely call Precision again. This is the ideal of how to do business in home maintenance. I could not be happier. We accidentally backed out of the garage without opening the door and all the panels got a crease in them, the bottom panel was bowed and the whole door was slightly misaligned. The technician looked at it and said he can push in the bottom panel, which he did, and once that was done the door closed properly. While he suggested that we might one day want to replace the whole door, he carefully noted that there was no sunlight coming in from the door, it was going up and down smoothly and it should be just fine. He also greased up the tracks and hinges of the door and our other door as well. we felt the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Another company might have just said we need to replace the whole door and not bothered to fix it. read more

I highly recommend Precision. We have worked with them for years since purchasing a home that had three garage bays with aging door opener systems. Precision has been flexible as we updated the systems on our own schedule. They always make sure we know the options, and they are fine when we decide to take the less expensive, incremental approach. They install quality machinery in a quality way. Leo & Carlos were amazing. Prior to them replacing our garage door opener, I had to open and close the door with my hands like my ancestors did. Thanks to their efforts, I can do it at the push of a button and it makes me feel like a great wizard, not unlike Harry Potter, Doctor Strange or that bearded guy from Lord of the Rings. They were so remarkably professional that I briefly considered adding another garage door for the living room and one for the downstairs half bath. Ricardo M C was my service man and he was very professional, diagnosed the problem with my garage door quickly and fixed it. He explained the issue to me and let me know that I may have further trouble in the future due to the age of the motors of the garage doors. He didn't try to sell me new doors, but was respectful of my desire to wait until the doors no longer work before replacing them. He was also careful of a valuable car we had in the garage when he was working on the door motor. Ricardo was a polite and impressive young man whom I discovered had served in the navy for 10 years. Hired Precision Door to replace two garage doors. Carlos O . came out and and measured what we needed . He was very nice to talk to and work with. Explained the process and ordered our doors. Communication was excellent as we were kept up with information on the manufacturing to the time the doors arrived ready for installation. Angel M. was the technician who came out to do the installation. He deserves 10 stars. He worked non stop and completed both doors . The work was excellent and I am very satisfied. Service was super fast. I could have had it same day but I scheduled for the following day. Rick called prior to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time. Rick took his time explaining the repair situation to me in an easy to understand manor and provided several options from minimal repair to full door replacement. I opted to go somewhere in the middle and the garage door was secured and put back into great working order. Took the time to show me all of the work and demonstrate to doors while pointing out the repairs. All this was done for less then I expected to pay. I was having issues with my garage door opener, and I, like most folks, started to search on-line to find a repair person. My first two choices kept "bankers hours" and could not help me after work or on the weekend. Next, I called Percussion Door; they promptly scheduled a Saturday appointment for me to perform the door repair. The service technician (Rick Jones) that came to perform the repair, was extremely contentious, and gave me several repair options for my problem door.
