I found out that they were in and out in less than 10 min and never vacuumed or brushed the walls of my pool. Their website says: Service Includes: Testing of pool water chemistry Addition of chemicals needed for water balance Skimming of pool surface Vacuuming of pool floor Alternating weeks of waterline cleaning and wall brushing Cleaning of pump and skimmer baskets Backwashing of filter as needed I let them know what happened and sent a video attachment. They offered to give me a credit for one service. They had been out over 20 times. Remember to Inspect what you expect, if you choose to hire them in the future.

Our 3-5 day install turned into a 3+ month install that ended with an incorrectly installed collapsed pool. The installer did purchase a new pool but wanted to charge $700 to remove the collapsed pool. Grateful to have found Poolfection that did an outstanding job removing and installing the new pool. Sunny's Pools & More did nothing to assist with the nightmare we went through. It's my understanding they are still recommending this installer.
