I was greeted by salesperson Rick who took time to explain and educate us on what to look for when purchasing a hot tub. He was laid back and did not pressure us at anytime to make a purchase. Once we decided on which hot tub we wanted he thoroughly explained what to expect in regards to taking delivery. The hot tub was originally supposed to take about 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Rick called us 1 week later and told us that the hot tub arrived early than expected and that we were able to schedule the delivery immediately. We were excited to learn this and they delivered the hot tub 2 days later without any issues. Rick kept us informed throughout the whole process. Kathy and Kerry and the rest of the staff have been extremely nice to us and greet us with a warm welcome whenever we are in the store. Melissa, DJ, and Ramone have especially went over and above for us! The few minor issues we have had have been taken care of in a timely manor. They are a large pool company and seem to fix the big problems before the minor issues. Which is what they should do. We purchased a Inground pool and hot tub through them and we are extremely happy! A few of our neighbors have also went through wind surf and sail and I know they are also very happy. Another neighbor just signed up for next year!
