AMAZING WORK!!!!! Bob Couvillion's Pressure Washing did a phenomenal Job on my property. I posted on Facebook that I need someone to clean my very large, old house. I received 54 responses. Of the 54, 43 people highly recommended Bobby Couvillion. 6 people recommended Venturini, 3 recommended Southern soft wash, 2 recommended this couple I like to refer to as "Dumb and dumber". I gave them all the opportunity to tell me what they do and there cost. First the dumb and dumber team, they drive a wrapped truck (blue, black and white design). They came out and actually used a tape measure to measure my property. I thought if they just can't look at it and tell me and idea of cost, then they have no clue of what they are doing. I allowed them to give me a price, RIDICULOUSLY high. Second, Southern wash, the kid Trey was nice, but obviously was not prepared for the scope of work my house holds. Steve with Venturini was very nice, but his price was in line with Dumb and Dumber. Bobby Couvillion came out, assessed the project, was very detail oriented on how he was going to clean my home, explained on how the windows were old and delicate and what he would do to clean them. His price was extremely fair, so I gave him the job. Bobby called me the night before and told me when he was to show up. The day of the job, Bobby came on time, with his son that works with him. They were neat, professional, extremely courteous, and did exactly what he said they were going to do. I left my home before they were finished, so I did not get to pay them on the spot. I can't even go into details because of an ongoing legal issue with them, but I had to get the FBI involved as the local police said this was not in their jurisdiction. I was getting estimates from competitors. Bobby told me he was in business for almost 40 years and has a successful track record. I got on here and read the various reviews, and you can tell who is just being petty. When you read through all that, you can tell he really cares about his business. I couldn't be happier with the job these they did. My place honestly looks brand new again. The driveway, patio, and exterior walls had years of dirt and buildup, and after the pressure washing everything came out spotless. I didn't realize how much brighter and cleaner the house could look until they finished. They showed up on time, were professional, careful with the property, and paid attention to the small details.
