Instead he sent us an invoice listing all these other repairs ON THE DAY OF THE CLOSING. We had tried to follow up with him for 4 weeks leading up to the closing. Then buyer comes back and says we have to pay it all or he isn't buying the house. Extremely unprofessional and shady. Do not recommend.
