I then told the nurse when reviewing my chart and again when he came to test for Covid. During which he only stated the doctor would talk to me about it. Cut to an hour later and the doctor finally comes in only to tell me they don't test for that virus and I'd have to go to my primary. If they knew that why did they not tell me before! It was literally the only reason I was there and I repeated it over and over again! Besides the lack of listening skills the service was good and the doctor was very nice and wrote a note for work even though the Covid test was negative since it wasn't the disease I was exposed to. But seriously I wouldn't be so upset if the nurse had just stated they don't test for that and I would have left rather than wait an entire hour to be told. Now it's past the point I could try to squeeze in for a quick appointment with my primary, I still don't know if I have this highly contagious disease, and I have a work event that I have been told I'm not allowed miss with a note that says I don't have Covid. Tldr: nurse will not be truthful about if they can do certain services until the doctor tells you they can't. Doctor is nice.

Not Recommended I…read morewent to this urgent care because I suspected I had a broken toe. Before going in, I called to confirm they had an X-ray machine, which they did. They took the X-ray but then told me they did not have someone available to read it and that they would call me with the results. Hours passed and I never received a call. As they were closing, I called the clinic myself and was told that the X-ray showed my toe was not broken and that it was probably a sprain. The pain never went away, so my primary care doctor referred me to a foot specialist at Holy Cross. They took another X-ray and confirmed that the toe was actually fractured. My insurance paid more than $500 for the urgent care visit, and I was later billed a $24 co-pay. I called the clinic to explain that the fracture had been missed and asked if the co-pay could be waived. The office manager told me it "shouldn't be a problem" but said she would call me back. Instead, I later received a call from the operations manager, Camilo, who told me they would not waive the $24. What is most frustrating is not just the missed fracture, but the lack of follow-up communication and unwillingness to work with me on such a small billing issue after the situation. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this urgent care.

I feel like their online appointment app shouldn't schedule appointments when they are really busy. The waiting room was quite cold and I found the chairs uncomfortable....probably because I was achy. Once I was called the staff was very kind and helpful.  They took my vitals, ran a few tests and called in some prescriptions for me. The process was fast once I was called back. I actually started feeling better by evening. I will definitely continue to choose this UrgentMed location. The waiting room can be long; but probably much faster and less expensive than visiting the ER!

There are a few times that they are WAY behind when it comes to appointments that it makes me wonder what the point of making one is. I had to wait almost 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment because they only had 2 people working at the time. They were apologetic but I was never told there would be a bit of a backup because of this. The location is easy to find and the parking lot has a nice amount of spaces for everyone that needs to come here. The lobby is always clean and there is more than eniugh seating as well. One of their main entrance doors is stuck so there is only one door to come in and out. The rooms are clean but very small so I feel like I'm ontop of everyone when there is more than two people in the room at a time. Overall it's a great urgentmed and my choice in case I get under the weather or need something quick looked at!

When I got there, only one other person was is in the lobby. Just a note it's small inside plus they have seating blocked off due to COVID (Which I'm okay with). The staff was nice at the front desk and the paper work wasn't that long. I had another person in front of me , so I had to wait a bit in the exam room. The PA ( I'm saying PA cause usually doctors say that they are a doctor when they walk in, if she's a doctor I really do apologize ) asked me what brought me here and actually listened to what I had to say. She told me what she thought was wrong and ordered some X-rays. Additionally, she added an X-ray to see if what I thought happened was going on as well. Got the X-rays done and what she said was the right thing and she took her time out to explain why. Gave me a shot and I was on my way home. Woke up this morning in barely any pain compared to the day before. Thanks to the staff there for proving me wrong and taking good care of me.

Not only were we in and out within about 30 minutes, the entire staff was absolutely WONDERFUL! Dr Paul Cumillo is the shining star, however. This incredible professional is truly an example and aspiration for the medical community. Filled with knowledge, wisdom, experience and a huge caring heart, I knew at that first visit we had found our new family doctor HOME. Dr Paul was so encouraging and kind to my teenager, gave us very helpful advice and really helped him at a level much deeper than a school check up. When my son got sick the following month, we both felt relieved that Dr Paul was right around the corner for another wonderful visit. Since then I moved my youngest from the overbooked pediatric office to this practice, and it's also where we turn to for our adult care. Dr Paul has become our beloved family doctor! He is sincerely the most caring and wonderful provider we have ever met! We're so grateful for the whole practice which is filled with very friendly and top notch staff from the moment you enter. I will never go back to the hassle of scheduling appointments with long waits now that my family has experienced the convenience of this fantastic walk in facility and FAR SUPERIOR medical care and front office service! Did I mention they also have an in-house pharmacy? Honestly, Dr Paul is so wonderful that we would follow him wherever he is, but thankfully he's already in a fabulous practice that is beautifully run and highly recommended by every member of my family! Thank you, Dr Paul and your terrific staff, for making our lives healthier and happier! We appreciate you!

I paid $150 and then a month or so later I got an invoice for $150. When I met the nurse practitioner, she was pleasant. The treatment plan called for 12 monthly injections, and she successfully received the first four at Cleveland Clinic Florida. We were then informed that Cleveland Clinic Florida would no longer administer the injections and that they would arrange for her to receive the remaining doses through another provider. Unfortunately, more than 2-3 months have now passed, and no treatment has been arranged. My mother's monthly Evenity therapy has been interrupted because Cleveland Clinic Florida has not been able to coordinate the continuation of her care. During this time, I have repeatedly sought assistance from the Rheumatology Department, Customer Service, and the Patient Experience/Ombudsman office. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, I have not received so much as the courtesy of a return phone call or even an acknowledgment that someone is working on the issue. This is a time-sensitive medication that is intended to be administered once a month. Interrupting treatment because of a failure to coordinate care is unacceptable, especially for an 88-year-old patient who depends on her healthcare providers to ensure continuity of treatment. I am posting this review in the hope that someone at Cleveland Clinic Florida will finally take ownership of this situation, arrange for my mother to receive the treatment that was prescribed, and improve the process so that other patients do not experience the same lack of communication and follow-through.
