The beautiful, fully edited photos were delivered the following day. They were able to provide a stunning "twilight" shot even though they came at 10:30 in the morning. Originally they were scheduled for earlier in the day to photograph, but they needed to reschedule for later in the day. This was told to us on the day. That seemed fine, but between when they were supposed to originally arrive and when they actually did arrive, it began to rain. We called F8, asking to reschedule for the next day, so that we could get photographs of the front and backyard that didn't look soaked. The woman we spoke to was rude and kept repeating "we've got a business to run here", so we could not reschedule without paying $75. She assured us the photographs would be edited to look great. No surprise, the photographs do not look great. It looks like they just boosted the image saturation and replaced the cloudy sky with a blue sky. Ridiculous.
