Almost immediately the Mini was jacked up. All tyre pressures checker and the guilty wheel removed. Three minutes later I learnt that the valve was faulty, and was replaced. I reached for my wallet, and was firmly advised that there is no charge for faulty valves. Very impressive and very welcome news. That is what I call excellent service.
