The first time I called, I received no call back. Then I called again. I was told that a message was left by the Commercial account agent, Christy (sp?), and that she is waiting for a response back from the fraud Eddie at Eddie and Sons. I was then told, when I asked, that if Eddie still denied damaging my power line, how would I file a claim. The lady I spoke with, Sahara (sp?) told me that I could not, that I would have to file a lawsuit. So apparently commercial contractors have insurance that only pays out if the contractor is honest about what he/she did...despite solid, irrefutable evidence of the contractor's mistake and subsequent lies. There is nothing quite like going on vacation to get away and have a stress free time with the…read morefamily and friends after a long Michigan winter. Except of course when your across country and have a minor parking accident with your 1 week old Grand Cherokee. Stress level now 1000% until we called Kristin, our amazing Famer's agent.  Kristin was immediately on it! Simple as logging onto the site, taking a picture of the damage and soon a adjuster was available to determine the next steps, while we sat at the pool!  Now mind you, we have to get the repair done within 5 days so we can unfortunately drive back home from Florida to Michigan. No problem Kristin, got us the body shop appointment and timing we needed, the accident forgiveness so our rates didn't rise, a rental so we weren't inconvenienced while on vacation. A high quality repair was done and when we needed it so we could leave the warmth of Florida for the lets say, not so nice Michigan April weather and trip home.   All I can say is Kristin and Farmers, the best service I've found anywhere, and thank you, thank you, thank you Kristin.
