The selection was not great! Originally, we were waiting for the Norman set until I received an email saying it was delayed by an additional two months. We canceled that order, found another table in the store by accident because it wasn't in the dining room section and decided that we would take it. From the sale and payment point was a not so good experience. Our purchase was almost charged to some other person whose credit information was still on the screen or he was looking at some different paperwork. Then we were told we would have a delivery on Wednesday; until we had a delivery date email stating that we were showing as a pick up. That was taken care of which now pushed delivery to Friday. Then thankfully they confirmed our delivery address because it showed that we still lived in Texas. All that information was given at the time we were going to purchase the Norman set. But it may be because we had to now apply for credit through Wells Fargo because they no longer accepted the Synchrony. This just wasn't a smooth experience. As far as the value of what we purchased better be worth it because it was 2 times more than what we wanted to spend. We finally have our furniture on April 17 after a whole month of delays and incorrect information. read more

To be honest, the Smartbuy isn't what we thought it would be. The technician does the best he can . The second time around was much better. For defects that are there when the item was delivered and wasn't noticed until layer, shouldn't take months to be taken care of. We bought a sectional and recliner from Bob Mills and purchased the warranty which is handled by a separate company. One of the recliners in The sectional stopped working and the leather on my husband's recliner is fading. They say they will fix the recliner in the sectional but won't doing anything about the color fading on the recliner. We've only had it 14 months! For the price we paid they should stand behind it and recliner in the sectional is never used as it's not one of the end pieces, so it should not have stopped working. read more

Bob Mills is great. The walking through the store experience, the variety, the staff. We just got a repair done on our purchase and the whole process went very smoothly and courteously. The only thing that was challenging was that they contact you with a delivery or pickup window, and all three times they were early. They call and text and let you know they're early, but it did make it a little harder to make sure and be at our house on time. Instead of an 8-10am window in the morning they were there at 7:40. So over and above service, just a little challenging for my wife and I's expectations sometimes. read more

I absolutely do not recommend purchasing ANY furniture from Bob Mills using their Financing. On September 15th, 2024 I purchased multiple Swivel recliner chairs from Bob Mills Furniture, using their credit card company, TD Bank. Having issues with the chairs they were returned a few days later with prior permission from Bob Mills. The Chairs were returned, as agreed, the following week. On January 14th I received a call from the TD Bank claiming I was Past Due on a balance. I quickly explained I was never sent an invoice from Bob Mills or TD Bank. Neither entity contacted me or left a message. On the 14th, while I asked for "Validation of the debt" being an invoice explaining the balance due so that I could pay the debt. Over the next 10 days I received 22 calls from TD Bank and I would ask for a copy of the invoice with the balance due. As of January 31st no paperwork has been received from BOB MILLS or TD Bank. Now I have received notification from a credit bureau that a "Late Pay" had been filed on my credit report weeks previous to their first contact with me, which has caused me damage. I was willing to pay Bob Mills but I feel their Failure to handle business appropriately while damaging customers is unethical and needs to be reported. Avoid buying from Bob Mills. M. I've been the executive sales person spent over two hours with a showing us different beds and the reasons why we would want one over another they moved some beds around to different bases so we could and lay on them and feel love them Just overall exceptional. To start i was told it was a 2-4 o clock window no exceptions and they showed up at 1. Then hurried through my sectional install forcing it together causing damage to the brackets that lock the sections Together. Proceeding that they didn't go over any of the electrical or make sure the sections were locked into place so half my sectional doesn't work. Very disappointed in the service. Also was told in store our warranty was 399 and it ended up being 699 and refundable once a 4 year period was completed without use in cash but received notice once purchased its for store credit. In January and February of 2023 I was working on a Church office redesign with the sales people at Bob Mills on 11214 E. 71st St., Tulsa, OK 74133. They seemed genuinely helpful and concerned about my project. Until I tried to return a rug for an exchange or credit toward a more expensive rug. In their light it appeared one color, when I put it into the office it became green and did not match the furniture I had purchased from the same Bob Mills two weeks earlier. I had purchased the rug on February 9th at 4:48 PM. That night it was clear the green rug did not go with the brown/tan sofa and wing backed chairs I had purchased from them two weeks earlier. The next day, as soon as my appointments were over, I took the carpet back for an exchange, knowing there would be a restocking fee. I was expecting to need to spend more to find exactly what would work. It was a flat NO by the carpet person and the store manager on February 10, 2023 at 2:59 PM. Even after verifying that the carpet was in perfect (mint) condition, with no dirt or wear-and-tear or backing fiber breaks (I had the rug for less than 24 hours). So disappointing. Once they get the sale you are on your own. They care about the sale not the customer's success. The rest of this project will be completed with a different furniture supplier than Bob Mills. I truly thought they cared about my project. I also thought they would stand behind the promise that was at the bottom of my multiple receipts from my purchases with them. We bought a complete bed with mattress from Bob Mills. It was delivered but there were NO BOLT HOLE COVERS. After six texts and emails, the Bob team said that the manufacturer didn't offer drilled hole covers. I was born at night but not last night.
