So all I wanted to know was does my basement flood. That's really what I cared about before…read moredropping 150k on this house. Guess what? Bloodhound said it didn't. It was flooded the day I closed on the house. Not only that but my washer and dryer were both broke. The central air unit is broken. It was hit with a lawn mower. The cover ups this company didn't catch are crazy. If you don't care about your investment, consider highering bloodhound. They will miss all the critical things and you'll be stuck paying a mortgage on a house with black mold in it.
