It was flooded the day I closed on the house. Not only that but my washer and dryer were both broke. The central air unit is broken. It was hit with a lawn mower. The cover ups this company didn't catch are crazy. If you don't care about your investment, consider highering bloodhound. They will miss all the critical things and you'll be stuck paying a mortgage on a house with black mold in it. I honestly have no idea how he found some of it, the main sewer drain for the house is behind a wall with about 6 inches of clearance and its 6 feet in so you cant get to it, you can barely see it, but he found the leak where the pipes connect. He took the time to explain everything, showed me what I needed to see, and gave me suggestions on how to repair. I now feel very comfortable and confident that I know what I'm getting into.
