Recently, I purchased an EV for my daughter, and had a great experience with Josh (salesman). I live in another state, and there is a $3000 rebate (in Maryland) if an EV is purchased. Had to take my car in here because its a nissan, and these people charged me like 6,000$ for some stuff, and then just a few months later i find out my transmission is going bad, a mechanic told me they ripped me off, someone shouldve said something but nooe, they told me all this other junk needed to be replaced, so got that done and then a few months later the car is dying and about to be usless, so why did they allow me to spend that money? why not tell me what was actually wrong with my car? These guys were great. Willing to work with you. I called in Friday around noon because I had issues with my car. They scheduled me for 3:30 pm that day. I managed to drive there. Found out it that rats ate my wiring. They could not complete the job on Friday, but the guy was willing to complete it Saturday morning. I was able to get a ride. But they were awesome. Got me going fairly quickly. They gave me suggestions on how to keep the rats away. Plus, they still do the rewards program. They will probably see me again. I've been in US for a bit over 16 years now, and was never expecting to get a service near close to the horrible experience this people provided. I was kicked around and passed like a ball for a month. Every time I went there the service manager was either at lunch or on vacation. They sold me a warranty, and when car needed the repair they canceled. Those people are nothing but crooks. There is no honor in the way they do business. I felt racially profiled at all the time. I just want to tell all of em that when someone speak with accent does not make him mentally challenged, it makes him a foreigner. Foreigner is a person who comes from another country, and if you guys are not comfortable serving foreigners just post so on your doors and save humiliation to people. Absolutely horrible experience. My husband and I both obtained vehicles two days ago only to be told today when he went back to get his car detailed that they made a "mistake" and our interest on both cars is actually 2% higher apiece. As well as raising monthly payments on both cars. They also sold me by car with only a 1/4 of a tank of gas. I went to the dealership first part of December in hopes of finding a Black on Black Platinum. They did not have one but told me they could get one Not a platinum but black on black with Leather & sunroof. I was told not much difference from the Platinum i.e 360 view. When I went to go get the black one they had added $ 3,500 dollars to the price for Economic Adjustment. I decline and continued to look for a midsize SUV. Orr Nissan worked up the number's but they could not locate the Murano so 3 weeks later I contact Mass, my sale person at Bob Howard. There was only 3 Murano's on the lot- 1- silver 1- gray and 1- black. 12/21/2021. Im sure I can get the picture of the lot that day. I told him I would take the black one. So, he gets the VIN # and starts working the deal. The Finance guy came out and they had had added $966.00 to the Murano again. I was getting ready to walk and the finance man took the $966 off. We had a deal. I did not drive my trade in that day but it had been evaluated for $44000.00 on the initial visit. Then we moved to finance, I signed for the vehicle at 3.49% and $6,600 cash out on the deal. The finance guy Brad told me they couldn't put the cash-out on the paperwork because the banks didn't like that. So, he gave me his card with the cash-out numbers on the back and signed it. So Mass, the salesperson offered to drive the new Murano to my house and pick up the Toyota 4 runner I traded in. I go home and an hour later Mass shows up with the Murano. It was 9pm so dark outside, but I noticed the interior was not a black so I stated that to him. He all of a sudden could not speak very good English and said that was the one I picked. I then pulled the Toyota out of the garage. When I got inside the new Murano the interior was very light color. I called Mass and he said, " talk to dealer in the morning." Light interior???? I was very upset. Now I move the Murano into my garage and the exterior color is Brown / Maroon? I called Mass back and he blew me off. Next Morning I call and spoke to the Finance guy. He said I was crazy and cussed me out, so not that I am proud of this but, I cussed back. This Murano must have been in the back as it was a 2022 FWD and the one I looked at and thought I was purchasing was 2021 AWD.(Black on Black) The finance guy told me he usually works used cars ,so he wasn't sure what happened. They removed the AWD 2021 Black on Black from the lot before I got back there. I spoke to my attorney and he told me to try and settle with Group One to at least pay for Tag, Title , Tax. If Group One Refuses we will file a bait and switch claim. At this point it is up to you, Fortunately, I like the color now but it is not anything I would have chosen. I have had 2 Sentra's - 1 Altima and 2 other Murano's in 2009 and 2012. I feel like your company should consider me valued customer and yet I was treated this way. Buyers beware! I flew to Oklahoma from Ohio to cosign on a used car for my 20 year old son. On May 5, 2023 we purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima from Bob Moore Nissan that was sold as a Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with 63892 miles on it. We purchased a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty as well. I felt good about this purchase as I own 2 Subaru certified-used vehicles as well in Ohio. On Monday, May 15, the power steering went out so my son took the car to Bob Moore Nissan for service and 2 problems were found. After completion, the service worker asked my son to pay $400 for the repair. After my son explained that the car was purchased from Bob Moore and was 2 weeks old with an extended warranty, the service worker then internalized the price. The worker told my son that he did not know the car was purchased there or had an extended warranty. I found this odd as it should be in their computer system. On June 5, 2 weeks later and one month after the purchase of the car, my son was driving on an Oklahoma highway and the car broke down. My son paid to have the car towed to Bob Moore Nissan for yet another service issue. After the car was looked at, I called Austin in the service department. He told me the car had a "very worn belt" and they could replace and fix the car for $195. At that point, the vehicle had 64488 miles on it so my son had driven 596 miles in the month he owned the car. Not enough time to wear out a belt. I explained that the car was purchased there, certified, and had an extended warranty, and Austin said belts are not covered under my "bumper to bumper" warranty. He then transferred me to Kenneth, Used Car Manager, who I met when we bought the car. Kenneth said the car had been inspected prior to my purchase and the belt was fine then so he decided to split the cost with me. I was shocked and extremely disappointed, as I had a problem years ago with one of my used Subaru vehicles 4 months into owning it, and the Subaru dealership paid the repair because "they should have seen that during inspection." So, at Bob Moore Nissan, a certified pre-owned vehicle really doesn't mean more than "as is." Before I ended my conversation with Kenneth, I asked if they could notate that the car was purchased at Bob Moore and had an extended warranty, as my 4 other vehicles all have that information in their service records. He said no, my son would have to tell the service worker each time he came in because "they service so many vehicles." If you are looking for a dealer certified pre-owned vehicle, I would stay away from Bob Moore Nissan. read more

We had horrible car buying experience. We went spent the last few days discussing the purchase of a new car at Bob Moore Nissan. They sent me a car and told me a price out the door. I spent the entire morning negotiating the deal. The deal went back and forth worth either the sales manager 3 times. Then, the sales manager and I both signed a formal purchase agreement detailing the new car price, our trade in value, and rebates. We also agreed that Bob Moore would detail the car and we would come back later in the afternoon after my son's baseball game. About 10 mins after we left we got a call from Bob Moore Nissan saying they made a calculation error and needed to increase the price by $4,500. They refuse to honor the signed agreement. I guarantee they never call customers to lower the price because Bob Moore is going to make too much money off the deal. Beware!!! We were told by Kevin Grant our salesman that we would have lifetime oil changes for free. Yes I know spoken word is nothing if it's not on paper but there is the issue we did have it wrote down on the paperwork but magically those service papers are missing.. we only decided to buy from bob Moore because they are closer to home and we were promised oil changes for life. Now they are saying only the first two are free. I could have just as easily went to Fenton on NW expressway and gotten the free oil changes for life! Fenton does have lifetime oil changes and they stand behind their promise! My father in law will only deal with Fenton because their oil changes!! I contacted Bob Moore Nissan to purchase a new van for my employee in Oklahoma City, OK. My business operates in 18 states and OK was coming as a 19th state. I explained how urgent my request was as my employee on salary is sitting home and waiting. That was Tuesday the 20th of April 2021. They asked me to fill out a credit app, provide my income, my social security, home address and other VERY personal information. A credit manager called me to verify all information the same day, letting me know it all should be done soon. The day ended without calling, nobody called me the next day so i emailed the salesman. No responses, Thursday i called few time and i was told the finance person had a day off so she will follow up with me today. Still no call (please remember my technician is still sitting home and waiting while I'm paying salary). Friday morning, finally the salesman called me and stated "they don't want to sell me the can because its going out of state!" - WHAT? obviously, they don't listen very well so i explained again, my company operates in 18 states, we are bringing a person that lives in Oklahoma City, OK on payroll and he needs a van. the salesman said "oooooooo, let me talk to the management again. so I waited 3 hours, and finally called the salesman who said "the management don't want to sell the van". I asked to speak with the management, some guy got to the phone and said "we don't feel comfortable selling you the van"! Is Oklahoma part of USSR? don't feel comfortable? We pulled into the service center and they immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired our vehicle in order for us to continue our trip to Texas. If you're going here to buy a car then you are probably in for a good experience, I've only had one man give me an attitude in the many times I've visited this location. But the friendly salesman don't make up for the service center. They're always slow, no matter what. Ask them how long the wait is and multiply it by about 3 to get an accurate waiting time. They get in no hurry and aren't fans of updating you on why you are still waiting. If you're in any type of hurry, don't bother with this place for oil changes, tire service, or anything like that. My first car I had serviced here was "fixed" 3 times before I finally made them take it back for something else. Not a happy customer. It's a shame too, their salesman are incredible! read more

The employees in the service center are so incredibly kind and make sure I understand everything being done or needs to be done on my car. They're never pushy or manipulative. I also had an issue with my car where it was in the shop for over a month and they made sure I had a rental car the whole time with no charge even though the Nissan corporation had only said it would be free of charge for a week. My family and I recently relocated from San Diego to Minneapolis, and Oklahoma City was one of our many stops along the way. The night we got into town, the transmission began behaving strangely, revving up and down rapidly as we got closer to our final destination that night. It was about the worst thing that could happen in the middle of a long trip like that, especially with two toddlers along for the ride. The next morning, we took the car into the service department at Bob Moore, the closest dealership to where we stayed the night before. We hoped it might be a simple fix, or a fluid top-off or something easy, but it turned out we needed a new transmission. Anthony, our service agent, took great care of us, had our problem quickly diagnosed, and promised to have us back on the road the next morning with a brand new transmission installed. While we lost a day of travel due to the unexpected repair, the work was all taken care of under warranty, and Anthony was reassuring, caring, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process. True to his word, our car was ready early the next morning, and we were back on the road. We have a 2013 Altima that we purchased in May of this year. Thank goodness my husband and I decided to have it pre-certified when we purchased it and included the additional warranty wrap. Driving to work Sunday I hit some debris in the road that fell out of the truck in front of me. It popped my rear passenger tire and bent the wheel. We had purchased the car in Grapevine Texas but needed to get it repaired here. We live in Mustang. Of the four Nissan dealerships in the OKC metro area the Norman dealership was the furthest but got the best reviews by far so we decided to bring our car here. I am so glad we did. Crystal was the point person for our car repair. When it became evident that it would not be fixed the first day because a new wheel would need to be ordered and delivered from Dallas she let us know so we would not waste our entire day waiting. She kept us updated every day as things were progressing. When the wheel arrived everything was fixed in a few hours. They vacuumed our car and did not disturb any of our personal belongings that were in our car. If anything else happens with our car I will not hesitate to take our car back to Bob Howard for repairs. read more
