When my headlight went out I could just picture getting pulled over for it. Fix-It tickets are the worst to deal with. When I walked in, there was a young man who immediately came over to greet me. I told him what I needed and he didn't even have to look it up, he walked me right over to where the part was and provided a cheaper option and a more expensive option and he explained what I was getting with each one so I could make an informed decision. When I asked him if he knew someone who could help install it, without hesitation he had me lead him to my car and he said he could do. He literally replaced the bulb in two minutes. At least after watching him I know where to look. I wish I had caught his name. He was really skinny and his front teeth were missing. If you see him in store, you will get great service. I would definitely come back here again and recommend my single lady friends to do the same.

(I had no vehicle specs for him, as it came off a 1986 Glastron.) I was just thankful he took the time to find my much-needed part. I have story, after story after story as I drive older vehicles at how awesome this store is. This is my favorite O'Reillys as the employees have always been helpful, and above and beyond. LOL, I wrote this review as I saw the negative review. New Vehicles are too expensive, I will always drive older ones, and always will need help from my Go To Store. I always check with them first.

So, I decided to try this location of O'Reilly's since it's closer to home and my cashier Dave went above and beyond. I went in for headlights because I discovered the day prior that one of them had went out. And I didn't want to play a game of chance with the cops, so I had asked if they were able to change it out for me or if they knew anyone in Noble that would change out headlights and Dave changed out both of my headlights and gave me the one that still had some life in it, in case something were to happen to my new ones. I love AutoZone, but I am most definitely going to be coming back to this location for my next car need. He deserves a raise!!!
