We saw Andrew's mention on Facebook with really good reviews and called A couple of days later he showed, with Monica (his partner) and got to work Our 25 year old VW was first. Pressure washed, soaped, rinsed, dried and waxed on the outside. Hasn't looked that good in years. Inside the full treatment - deep clean the carpet, the dash, seats, vents --- everything. It was sparkling and smelled brand new. Our other vehicle is a 3 year old Escape. In addition to the wash, soap, rinse , dry we added the ceramic coating - then wax. The ceramic coating makes the surface feel like glass, protects the paint from the dirt and grime that we have and lasts from 3-5 years. Went on a dirt road yesterday, and the very little stuck to the car. Like the VW, the inside was treated to a full cleaning, including steam cleaning the floor mats. I was given a loaner car as they were able to accommodate me on a weekend due to my tight schedule. They let me know when the vehicle was done and even sent me pictures. They even sent me away with a great kit to wash my vehicle and even set up time to wash the vehicle and inspect and trim all the necessary applications. I had a full front protective film put on my Tesla as well as tinting and on the windows, mirrors and other sensitive areas. Last week I bought a used Jeep. On the dealer's lot, in the bright sun, it looked absolutely…read moreperfect. Unfortunately, I didn't take the time to inspect it closely. The next morning, when I opened my garage door, the lighting immediately revealed something I hadn't seen before--large water spots covering the hood. I first tried to fix the problem myself using Meguiar's Water Spot Remover. It improved the finish, but many of the spots remained. Since I knew they could eventually damage the paint, I searched for mobile detailing services and contacted five different companies. Lux Elite Auto Spa responded within minutes. A few minutes later I was on the phone with Brad Whitlatch. I explained the situation, and he gave me a price that was significantly lower than I expected. Even better, he said he could come out that same day. Brad and his son arrived at my house within hours, confirmed the estimate, and got right to work. They set up their UV lights and carefully inspected the paint before beginning. About two hours later, my Jeep looked incredible. Brad then pointed out a small area of additional contamination lower on the vehicle. There was absolutely no sales pressure--he simply explained what it was, what could happen if it wasn't addressed, and let me decide. After talking it through, I decided it made sense to complete the correction and add a ceramic coating. I plan to keep this Jeep for a long time, and protecting both the paint and my investment was worth it. Once again, the price was well below what other detailers had quoted. They returned the next day, exactly when they said they would, to complete the ceramic coating. They were professional, respectful of my property, and kept my garage clean throughout the entire process. If I had to guess, the work they performed increased the value of my Jeep by far more than what I paid for the detailing and ceramic coating.
