I was given a loaner car as they were able to accommodate me on a weekend due to my tight schedule. They let me know when the vehicle was done and even sent me pictures. They even sent me away with a great kit to wash my vehicle and even set up time to wash the vehicle and inspect and trim all the necessary applications. I had a full front protective film put on my Tesla as well as tinting and on the windows, mirrors and other sensitive areas.
