He stated the problem and verified with tech support. The next day a new stove was installed by two capable techs. They efficiently replaced the old with the new plus answered any questions. Plus, they verified that all burners and oven worked properly. Again, they two gentlemen explained the new stove and it's features. Even tho I did not pay for the new product. I was stunned that they had 10x15 moving truck that we could use to move things into the units. Move out use of the truck comes at a fee of $20. Fine by me! The facility seems very secure also, considering I hear the alarm going off at the facility from time to time from where I live.
