I think they were still new and trying to figure out business and employees the first time we used them. This time there was GREAT communication between myself and the company. We had been having a lot of rain over the week I was scheduled for service. They were fantastic at rescheduling! When the tech got here he was dressed in the company uniform (still wearing the Covid mask) and extremely polite and communicative. I asked him to be sure and get under the evergreen in the front yard and to please go around our shed in the backyard because I had seen a LOT of tiny ants out there.
