I decided to take it else where to Sheridan motors for a 2nd opinion and they disagreed on needing a new engine found work needed to be done to the engine which had nothing to do with needing a whole new motor, crazy right? not to mention asking them to cancel my claim since decided to go somewhere else and they took their sweet time 5 days to cancel it . how great. finally I will never go back and do business with them Ever again!!!!

None the less I pulled up to the chevy dealer went to parts and right away this place dropped what they were doin to help me...hmmmm ! small town greetings in a way I guess..the parts guy came out took the vin and did a search on warranty and found out it's still under warranty.....so far I'm blowin away at them helping me right away... Then they asked for the keys put it into the shop and started tests..found a bad hose, put in an over night order for the part and scheduled me in for friday... All free...no charge. :) I'll be here till sunday so that works perfect.... Hardin Chevy you "R O C K" No doubt you beat the big city dealers in all categories in my opinion Keep up the great work ethics

After a quick scan of the area I didn't have much faith that we would make our next stop in a timely manner. Right off the exit was Heberle Ford. I pulled in and spoke with Tim, the service director. I told him I had an Explorer full of people and stuff and I needed some help. I explained that I am a long time employee of a Nevada dealer and if I could overnight parts or anything to let me know. They were on the way to lunch so we walked to the DQ in "town" and had lunch ourselves. Then back to the dealership to wait it out. Tim came to me and said that he located the parts and he should have us out by the end of business. Literally an hour or two later he pulled it around for us. I can't express our thanks and appreciation for the great service and for taking pity on us! My ONLY thought, not necessarily a criticism is this: no one in the showroom spoke to us. I'm sure they knew we were there for service but if someone had offered to turn on the television or just say hello it would have been that much better

My wife and I purchased a brand-new 2023 Mazda CX-5, and initially we were very happy with the vehicle and the buying experience. However, our experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. In early November, we contacted the dealership to cancel our extended warranty. We were told the refund would be processed and sent by the end of November, which we felt was reasonable. November came and went, and no refund was received. I left a message with Mike and never received a return call. My wife also called multiple times, leaving messages that went unanswered. Eventually, we were put in contact with Kevin, who initially addressed my wife's questions and assured us the issue was resolved. Again, we waited--but still no refund. Now, at the end of December, we have yet to receive the refund. My wife has continued calling with no resolution. When I finally spoke with Kevin directly, he stated he was not aware that my wife had canceled the warranty. After our conversation, he told me he would overnight the check. He said he would send me with a tracking code, and I still have not received this. The check has still not arrived. At this point, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability is unacceptable. I would never recommend any Bob Smith dealership after this experience. I will be sharing this experience on every review platform available and will continue contacting the dealership until this matter is resolved.

I started looking at cars about a week ago, maybe two and have had a really crazy schedule with work, the military, and life in general. She put ZERO pressure on me and even after test driving two cars and not getting back with her for a few days. Most dealerships text and call over and over and over again. When I was finally available to come in and make a decision she was so patient with me. I had them bring another vehicle up from a different dealership they work and they had it ready to go the day after. That night I sat down with their finance guy and decided that I wanted to wait one more night to make sure this was the car I wanted. It was a little more than I had anticipated spending so I just wanted to sleep on it more night. Everyone in the facility was so kind and did not make me feel pressured AT ALL. I came in the next morning, test drove one more car to make sure I knew the one I was buying would be worth spending the extra money. The process was fast and easy. I felt that this was the most honest and reasonable dealership I had dealt with. Their document fee is only $199 where most are $299-$800. The extended warranty was a steal and the whole team was so great to work with. When I'm ready to get a new vehicle again I will definitely be coming here.
