Keep in mind these are high res, 500dpi print-ready files that simply needed to be OPENED in Photoshop at the correct size to print. Absolute insanity to speak to a print shop manager who is telling me they have Photoshop but don't want to use it to open my files. Avoid these guys, they are not straight shooters!
