Come Friday we still hadn't heard anything back and figured they hadn't finished yet or just didn't get around to calling us back. Come Monday, my husband called to ask what was going on with our vehicle and they STILL had not even started working on the car (that was supposed to be completed the previous week.) After ANOTHER week of waiting for a phone call, we AGAIN called them on Friday now (11 days after dropping our vehicle off) for them to tell us it was ready... no one bothered to contact us or let us know the vehicle was ready. They then proceeded to tell us the cost was now $200 MORE than they initially stated. Cleary, we were a bit irritated at this point and curious as to why we were not contacted and made aware that this was now going to be an additional $200. My husband called them back to ask why the cost was significantly higher than we were told and what all had to be done for it to increase to that extent and their "professional" answer to this UNDERSTANDABLE question was, "well, we can charge you MORE if you'd like." Absolutely ZERO customer service, ZERO professionalism and we will NOT be returning. We will also make sure it is known to friends and family that the quality of professionalism at this business is close to none. In no way, shape or form was my husband ever RUDE or LOUD with any of the gentleman in the office on the phone and I am highly disappointed a business in our town treats their customers in this fashion.

very busy took almost 2 months to be able to get my car int. some lady hit my high end suv and…read morewrecked the entire side I needed 2 doors, a new running board, long steel rectangle panels under the doors, aka rocker panels, etc. it came back like new, the paint for the first time ever on a car of mine matched absolutely perfect like you cant tell it was hit. at all. I had to go back once or twice for a minor adjustment on the door closing perfect in line, and minor stuff but the techs there are super fast. had to replace a knuckle and then later on a bearing bc it made a humming noise. but the lady did hit me square in the side and wheel fender, etc. they did the adjustments each time it within an hour. one of the techs is the best and fastest Ive ever seen. I ve taken a few of my cars to bodyshops, to have broken seat metal supports welded, tanks in the roof and under hood full of water drained, etc. nd of course body work. these guys works fast. never seen anyone with my own eyes put parts back on a car so fast. prices are reasonable for a high end shop. the manager and techs are very friendly people, very nice. very cool. They are the only place I would take my car. All I can say is a have a family friend in the same business and even with the discount he would give me, I would still go to Schuylkil haven body and fender bc you just cant compare the work. I am 100% when I tell you the dealer and the best eye from another shop wouldn't be able to tell it was wrecked on the entire side. and its the first time I took one of my own cars that was hit while driving or parked to an auto body shop and the paint 100% matched the original. first ever. it never ever matches perfectly like that. and they are honest. the dealer dint have any of my running boards in the country or the world. so we had to go aftermarket but it looks 99% similar was fine by me. was from amazon, was cheaper than dealer so they cut me a check and this is a couple months later. they could have kept the money. but they were honest. honesty in this industry is iffy, but its very important to me. even if they were more expensive that the next shop and I dont know that they are, but Id prefer the honest place especially in this line of work. and a manager who is very friendly and a genuinely goodhearted person is a giant plus. and if you need an alignment or other things done that they dont to themselves like really advanced mechanic work, and they do a lot fo stuff, they take it to the best places around. they dont mess around. its like a 2 months almost wait v- for them to take your car. that means they have a long waiting list. guess why? they are the best in the area. nuff said. I couldn't be happier with how my car looks. they have patience with customers and in general. they have a lot of skill. I saw other cars being fixed also and let me tell you the paint on some of the cars the original paint, even if you wax it will Never look as good as the paint they use. they use really good stuff. the colors will match perfect. but the paint they use is as good as the dealer in most cases probably better. now, some of these reviews talk about people that aren't nice or hung up on people, I didn't experience any of that and I went back at least 4 times I even had them mix a small bottle of touch of paint for my other car. I wouldn't take the bad reviews too seriously. and even the manager works on the cars and helps out, every time I was there he was washing cars, or putting panels on. everyone there is always busy working.

They did not. Also, scratched tail light was never repaired and inside of car was full of dust and not cleaned properly. Called to find out why repairs were more than estimate to be met with rude defensiveness and then after requesting an itemized bill was hung up on!!! NICE customer service! Will be telling everyone I know NOT to go here.

Vince's was kind enough to squeeze me in and fix my car that day. They gave me 2 options to fix my car (either replace my steering column, or try a sealant and thicker steering fluid). I didnt feel any pressure to go the more expensive route and they explained the pros and cons of both approaches. I decided to try the sealant approach first and I greatly appreciate having a choice and not being forced into an expensive fix on my older Subaru. This approach worked and they even tighten my belts as well as buffed out my headlight for free. I would recommend Vince's Auto Repair without hesitation to anyone.
