Very poor customer service. Drove an hour to get there, met with a salesperson who didn't seem very motivated. We pointed out an issue with the tires and he tried to tell us we were wrong...even though my husband is an ASE certified tech. Told us he would reach out on Monday and never did. We called and left messages but no return call. We were still interested at this point, so we called the sales manager asking for more information and a follow-up. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us. But again...crickets. No deals, no communication, nothing. My husband has worked for almost 2 decades at dealerships and was shocked at the lack of communication. We will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone. After getting a runaround from a main line Cadillac service department and remembering that i was getting emails from a young lady named Nicole at Kutztown Cadillac, we decided to take our Cadillac to Kutztown Cadillac for service. What a pleasant surprise. From the moment we arrived we were handled with patience and professionalism. We didn't get a chance to meet Nicole but Brenna was a delight to work with. I'm currently (well I might be taking a break since a different dealership that I had recent dealings with was so awful that they kind of temporarily broke my balls towards the process of car buying but hey, that's another recent review and not about here.) in the market for a specific Chevy model with a fairly specific set of criteria regarding mileage and price. So far my search has taken me all throughout the tri-state area and even into Delaware, Maryland and Connecticut and most of the dealerships I've encountered quite honestly have sucked in terms of being very passive/not giving a damn, massive amounts of BS/lies or they are highly unresponsive unless you "play the game" their way. A good Yelp friend of mine who works at this dealership reached out to me on his day off and did his best to get me their best price on the one vehicle in their inventory that while not ideally fitting my criteria, it was at least close enough to inquire about. In the end the price was not what I wanted and the miles were a little high but at the very least I had the no BS price quote in less than an hour and everything was super easy. While I don't anticipate buying anything at this dealership I do have to give them credit in that they were not pushy and they actually did what told me they were going to do and/or what I asked them to do. I will watch what they have in their inventory and if the right car comes along at the right price I will certainly inquire at Kutztown because at least in my limited dealings so far, it seems like it would be a good experience. read more

I dealt with a specific salesman (whose names I'll keep anonymous), about the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu I was interested in. I was only allowed to drive the car on the lot and not off the lot due to covid-19, which makes no sense, because why allow me to drive it at all? I asked him for an invoice -- sends me one without an interest rate. I asked him what would my interest rate be? Tells me, it would be 8.89% (72 months, $219 monthly payment, car is listed at $11,988.00) and that's the best rate I could get anywhere. Complete bs. Considering, the Federal Reserve cut interest rates 3 times in 2019. Plus, I have excellent credit. Here are two other false statements he made: - I never had a loan before (I have several loans in name) - I have no credit card established (I had a credit card for 6 years) They called me back and said they found better rates and my payments would be under $200 monthly. But they didn't see that the first time when they ran my credit? Overall, the whole thing was sketchy and rushed, and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. This sounds like a dealership that likes to price gouge customers, and lack honesty. The salesman must've thought I was a cretin person, when it came to finances. But I'm glad I found a better malibu at another dealership (Videon Chevrolet of Phoenixville), who were more honest, authentic, and proved me a better interest rate than this dealership. read more

Salesperson told me I couldn't look at a car because they were off for 4 days. I waited the 4 days. Salesperson emailed me and said he would let me know the "minute" the vehicle was ready for me. I never heard anything from him after that. I emailed him and the showroom managers and the dealership principal about it. Nobody returned my email or followed up with me. They clearly do not want /need my business. I was just shocked that I didn't even get a word from them. I wouldn't be writing this review if anyone at the dealership had reached out to me. read more

Nightmare! If you have 4 to 5 hours after you decide what car you want then no problem. Finance department doesn't like to be bothered with customer service, even if you have a credit score of over 800. Hope we won't regret the 10:30-3:00pm time we gave. Won't recommend to our friends. read more

I have to say that I just purchased a used Cadillac ct6 from this company and they are, without doubt, the most accommodating car dealer i ever worked with. My salesman, Jerry Sylvester is as honest and straightforward as you could imagine. He made the process easy and straightforward without all the BS that happens during most car dealings. He tells it honestly and there aren't any new surprises when you go to finalize the deal. I had a unique experience as I had purchased a car 3 mos earlier which was fine but turned out to be too small for me. When I called about it they went out of their way to find me a larger model and priced it to recognize my dilemma. I will always buy a car here and Jeremy was outstanding!! read more

I have never in my life received such poor customer service from Todd, the finance manager. Once the deal is done, good luck getting him to return an email or answer the phone. When I ask to speak to a General Manager, I am always just transferred back to Todd. I will never again shop at this dealership, due to the unbelievably poor service I have received. read more

Unbelievably rude service department, John, that is until you speak with the owner Rob, then you can easily understand why the staff thinks they can disrespect customers. On the phone I was told the multi-point service would take 30 minutes. I showed up early and gave them the coupon that they sent. Instantly upon seeing the free coupon that THEY MAILED TO ME, he got an attitude and told me he didn't think they had time to wash my brand new car which was promised upon purchase! The 30 minute check took 1 hour and 15 minutes even though I showed up early, and not counting the 15 minutes early. Reluctantly they ran a hose over it and vacuumed the floor but the bugs were still all over the bumper and the back emblem was dirty Later when I called Rob the owner to question why it took so long and why they didn't want to wash the car, he got nasty and asked, "Well who the hell do you think is supposed to pay for the car wash if Cadillac doesn't?" I don't have the answer to that question except to say that HIS DEALERSHIP, NOT CADILLAC promised the free wash! Then he lied to me and told me if I took it to any other GM dealership my warranty would be voided! So I hung up on him and then he suddenly came to him that I would be getting a customer service survey from Cadillac so he kept repeatedly calling me I guess to try to make nice but I didn't take his calls. We have bought over a dozen new cars over the past 30+ years but can honestly say that never before have we ever been treated so rudely by a dealership owner. read more

Our experience at this dealership was poor right from the beginning. I had purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 about 6 months ago. To start off our salesman that we had was not very personable to start with. At one point when we were negotiating he received a phone call and walked away and you could here him screaming and swearing at whoever he was on the phone with. I wish I would've taken this as a red flag and ran but we all live and learn. There were some minor things that I said could be fixed with the vehicle and I was told that if I want to nit pick about the truck that he would do the same thing on my trade in and was basically told that my business didn't really matter because they supposedly sell over 60 cars a month off the lot. We had also looked at the Carfax on this truck on autotrader and it showed that front end damage was reported so I brought this up to the salesman and he proceeded to tell me that he didn't know what I was talking about. He turned the computer and showed us a Carfax with no damage on it and said that "if something did happen that it probably just got hit by a shopping cart in a parking lot". I know I could've looked at the vin number at the top of the page but we assumed he was being honest with us especially since we were there with our 2 month old baby. I ended up purchasing the truck and after a few days there were some pretty bad noises coming from the front end so I took it back and wanted them to look at it to see if they could find any thing wrong because I wanted to make sure that family was in a safe vehicle. I dropped the truck off before they had opened and I returned after work and my truck was not brought back until about 430 and was only back for about 20 minutes. I was then told that the ball joints needed grease but there was no grease fitting on the ball joints because they were on a stock upper control arm so they greased them them through the outside. I'm no mechanic so I don't know a whole lot about this stuff. The noise never went away so I came back again and was told by our salesman that since they are a "Cadillac Buick GMC dealer" they don't really take vehicles apart and look at anything that if I wanted that done I'd have to take it to my mechanic. I ended up leaving it with them for another day and was told the exact same thing again so I had enough and took it to my mechanic. The first thing I was told was one, the upper control arms were not stock which I was told they were, two, there was no way that they could've greased anything properly without taking them apart and three, my lefter upper control arm and control arm bushings were shot. So maybe they didn't want to fix it or I have no idea but I just wanted to know what the issue was so I could get it fixed regardless. (Back tracking a bit)So I just traded this truck in and was kind of blind sided when I was shown the Carfax with the matching vin number and saw that the truck was in two incidents where front end damage was reported both times. So needless to say i will never be doing any business here again due to a rather unpleasant experience from all areas of the dealership. read more

service department is only good for oil changes and inspections. I have a 2013 Cadillac Srx still under bumper to bumper warranty. We took the car there twice for a belt noise both times that couldn't hear it. I took it back for a third time for them to tell me they won't throw parts at the car to fix it they need me to produce the noise. So i went out to my car and there it is. They get a tech to come out and go oh I hear it lets get a belt but I don't know if that will fix it! So they don't just throw parts at a car when you have multiple complaints about it, but the tech hear it now we can throw parts at it (thanks for assuming customers are liars). Then I am told they will call due to the belt not being in stock should be Monday. I guess I should have asked what Monday a week later no follow up on if they are going to get it in. Second issue bumper to bumper should cover wear on the black trim this is more a complaint to GM I have vehicles with more miles and years and look newer then this poorly put together pos. The driver's side are fading and worn from being in a garage taken through the car wash and driven in PA. I am told this and the rusty welds are wear and tear from the environment(last time I checked steel doesn't rust in a perfect world so why have a warranty that only covers in a glass bubble. I would not buy another car from them let alone buy a gm product. read more
