BOY am i glad i did. my wheels were so unbalanced the whole car shook from 30 up and at 75 was unbearable. this is my only tire balancing shop now. or mounting tires shop. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU WENT HERE FIRST instead of some chain tire shop with totally inexperienced employees. I wasnt even there barely 40 minutes went super fast to test it and its a mercedes AMG so the suspension is so sensitive. the prices were cheaper than the chain places also. if there are any bad reviews here dont pay attention they are prob just haters from the other places.

We purchased Mavis All Season tires that carried a 60,000-65,000 mile warranty. After only one year and approximately 11,000 miles, the tires were already nearly worn out. Before contacting Mavis about the warranty, we had the alignment checked independently just one week prior to our visit, and it was verified to be within spec. The original installation also included computer balancing and alignment. At no point was any evidence provided showing that another alignment was necessary. Locally, I worked with Neil, the store manager, for nearly two weeks trying to resolve the issue. Over the course of roughly six calls, I was repeatedly promised a callback that never happened. Eventually, I gave up and contacted corporate directly. Corporate ultimately offered a prorated adjustment, but the process felt misleading. Although they advertised roughly an 80% discount, the replacement tires were priced significantly higher than what I originally paid. In addition, I was required to pay for tire disposal, balancing, and another computer alignment despite the alignment already being verified. In the end, the "warranty" provided very little actual value, as my final cost was nearly the same as the original purchase price. Corporate representative Crystal repeatedly responded with "that is our process," while Neil incorrectly claimed the original alignment had never been performed -- something I later confirmed was false by reviewing my invoice. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, dishonest, and disappointing. I would strongly reconsider purchasing tires or relying on warranty coverage from Mavis in the future.

I had always heard good things about this place (once I finally, years ago, learned that it was a tire and service place and not an ice cream shop ), but never had the opportunity to go....until today. They were so kind, professional, and super-fast! Thankfully I just needed a patch repair from a nail, which didn't cost much at all. The gentleman who helped me patiently explained their beeper system since I was a newbie (first beep to drive up to the bay, and the next to either talk to service or pay at the cashier) and enrolled me in their rewards program. No doubt if I ever need tires I will only be coming here from now on. I'd tell everyone I know to come here, but they already do!

I pulled over and saw there was visible scratches and striations on the steering wheel. I went back and they said at the alignment place they weren't sure what happened and the other side they said they would fix it. Obviously the scratches were white and fresh on the steering wheel so you can tell it just happened. Later I realized it looked like a big key ring must have been under the wheel. I thought at first it must have been a ring but there are parallel scratches. They later said they would refuse to fix it. My car is practically new. Very disheartening. I'll never go to this location again. Update: My alignment is very bad. When I take my hands off the steering wheel my car severely swerves off the road to the right. Really bad. Now I have to deal with their alignment people who damaged my steering wheel. All around a very bad experience.
