My friend and I were looking for a new boba spot to try. We found this via Yelp and decided to go. It was a little confusing to find at first as there was no signage specifically stating, "Boba Haus." It was in a place called, "Lucky 3 Delivery," with three red 3s lit up on the windows. Once we found it, it was a small area with limited seating space. It was also an order via kiosk, and there were many other restaurants to order from, which was a great concept. We ordered the "Nagasaki Milk Tea" and a "Matcha Taro Milk Tea." The boba was not bad, but it did take us about 20ish minutes to get our drinks (we were the only ones waiting for our drinks at the 10 minute mark). Unsure if I would order boba here again, but I would be open to doing a pick up order for another restaurant that they have since they are open a little late. read more

Great boba spot for a late night craving and even better if you don't want any social interaction!!! Lol You can order in store with the kiosk or online before you go in! Then the pick up is through the locker. Super cool experience, very unique. It did take about 10min for the one drink but idk how busy it was. Probably 20-30 of you want food or snacks. Some seating available if you want to hang or wait for your items though. Quality of the drink was decent! More on the bitter side. Boba was good quality, wish there was an extra boba option (idk if I missed it but I couldn't find it on the website). It was about $8 for the one drink before tip. Main complaint was the lack of size range. I wish they had smaller sizes read more

Boba Haus was at a Japanese festival near Shanghai plaza when I first tried their boba so the flavors were limited. The Thai tea however was delicious and the boba was smaller and fun to pop while.drinking. The boba had more of fruit flavor which added a nice sweet taste to my Thai tea. They served it in a sturdy reusable cup which was nice and incredibly refreshing for a hot day. read more

Vegas is hot, so with that being said you alwaysss need something to drink. Once you order for delivery or pick up, you order will be ready with the quickness. Friendliness: Have to give it a 3.5 star. Once you walk in you may see people standing by the door straight ahead or you'll see a a clear window to the left. Since this was my first time here, luckily then lady was standing at the window. Though you don't get greeted, if you ask a question, she's not rude. Just not inviting. This is a great contactless Boba place and it's so tasty too! It's quick as well if you order ahead and if not you can order inside, the service is quick too ordering once you're there. I loved that we could just pick up our order through the locker when it was ready. Also, they were able to substitute the milk with oat milk. Mood- Skeptical Now when I saw a new Boba Tea Place was offered with only online ordering options I was intrigued and hesitant. Life evolves continuously and so does our dining and shopping styles. Once what was in person is now online through an app, order, modify,pay, get a confirmation, and then go pick up. This hustle and bustle way of life has become the new norm of how things are done. Some places who have taken on this new way are def lacking other places have an A-Game that is on point. Well Boba Haus is on their A-Game. The ordering process is simple, you can add, modify, and adjust. Plus they have different pick up times to ensure freshness of your order. And yes it was actually fresh and cold when I grabbed my order. I opted of course for the Taro MT and a Mango Fruit Tea. Both were modified with Bobas, popping pearls, toppings and nothing disappointed in the slightest. The flavors were not overwhelming or too sweet. It was just right. Interior is house to many other online ordering eateries. I would suggest getting food from one, timing it to get your drink from here as yes it is well worth it. Would def recommend - pricing is reasonable. Portion is typical for most Boba Tea places. Their window for pickup is actually decent times. This surprised me. Decided to order anyways from there website. Ordered 20 minutes before closed, got a text confirming the order and saying it would be ready 10 minutes before close. Close time comes and passes with no order ready text, tried to call multiple times to no avail. Talked to another ghost kitchen owner from same building who said they didn't know of boba haus or if anyone from the restaurant is around. I was really disappointed. I work at a hospital in town and several of us decided to order drinks during our night shift. Our orders were wrong on 3 drinks. Plus, it was a guessing game as to which drink was for whom as there was no way to identify what the drinks were except for coloring. It would have been nice of them to write on the cups what was inside?! That would've made sense. I can't believe that I paid for a drink with boba added and didn't get any as well as it not tasting good at all! I ended up just dumping the whole thing out. The boba was not of normal black tapioca I wonder what kind it was. (black sugar milk). Jasmine milk tea The grass jelly from the drink was also questionable. The drink it self was very harsh to drink and sugar crystals at the bottom. I think the tea was made too strong (jasmine milk tea is my go to drink anywhere I go). It does share different "foods" or "restaurants" so it's going to take a while to get the drinks! You can order on your phone or in the little screen for the drink. Currently they have one size. I can say the bag they use for the drinks were really the only great thing from this experience. It would have been great if this was a stand alone store because answering questions about the boba or being more customer friendly would make this location for the other restaurant be a good place to pick up. read more

Came here a few weeks ago and the service was terrible. The location is sort of hard to find because it's a business within a business. Upon arriving the girl at the front window (who does not work for boba haus) was extremely rude when I asked how I could order. I waited about 20 minutes for two drinks. Then when I received my drink it was absolutely disgusting. I asked to exchange my drink (which also took a while). Though the manager was understanding, the overall customer service and wait time is ridiculous. It was quite hectic because there are several other restaurants inside.
