That said, I still paid the 175 dollars (for coming out), even though he could not fix the problem and referred me to someone else, and I fixed the problem myself. He was genuinely interested in what the problem turned out to be, and wanted to know how I fixed it, but I stopped texting back and forth because of the communications breakdown.
