I have had Insurance with this office for the past 2 years and it started out okay but has gone down hill from there..their customer service needs some serious training on customer skills..I have a perfect driving record with no points,and no accidents and I'm still confused why my premium is almost a $900 every 6 months,it's ridiculous. They make it look like they're giving you so many discounts,lol it's a good thing because I would have been paying $1,500 every 6 months if they hadn't.My vehicle is only a 2015 Jeep.What really pissed me off is the fact I walked into the Office of Maurice Stevens with cash in hand to pay my premium up and the girl flatly refused.I tried to explain that my bank account was compromised by a hacker and I just needed to pay cash this time..THEY DON'T CARE!! Then the twit tried telling me that the bank charges them to use cash..yeah,that's some BS.Then if that wasn't enough to make me laugh,she said that they could take a money order..not happening and I am happy to Say I am going with Bobby Kelly State Farm Insurance that is setting me up with Double coverages and much more then I had with Allstate.Plus I got my renters Ins.for Half of what I was paying. I'm saving $350 a year with State farm and I have a much better policy with a reputable and respected company that actually looks out for their customers.And guess what, I can pay cash anytime I need. One more thing, Please get some better qualified office help. read more

Insurance is for me normally a very confusing and scary process as it is not something I am very knowledgeable in Samantha Dupree was very kind ,patient,and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me to get the correct amount of coverage for my auto and Business and smile through all of my questions and answered them so I was able to understand. I have found a home for all of my future insurance needs for both my personal and business. Worst agency to do business with. Agent lied about rates over phone. Once in office I was told the policy was more than double. Was told electronic deposit would not be processed. Money taken out of account and had a horrible time getting it refunded. DO NOT do business with these people. Use anyone but them. Horrible!!! read more
