Been going here for quite awhile. Because of needing afuck load of various equipment. I have yet to receive bad service as everyone is friendly and quick to help me as soon as I enter the door. I ended up purchasing several Stihl products and various parts to maintain the chainsaws. They have a huge inventory of Kubota, bobcat, spray equipment, etc. Just about any ag, landscape and construction products. I think this is my third or fourth fuckin review for this place but I can't figure out what the phuck happened to the previous reviewd. It's as if some fuckbite at yelp hates my shiit. I recommend Bobcat Central for all my chains for chainsaws and my bar & chain oil. Their customer service is friendly and fast. I often work in the immediate area and it is comforting to have such a nice shop to stop in for supplies. I do feel that their service dept. lacks a little integrity, and calling them on several seperate occasions, I was told their service personnel would return my call, but each time I had to call again after 2 days. Once I finally picked up my Stihl chainsaw, it was so hard to start, I ended up taking it to a different shop. Not happy with service dept. read more

I consigned my Kubota tractor to Bobcat central, Stockton for repairs. One week later, it had not yet been "diagnosed" and I was then informed that they are "thin" on qualified Kubota technicians. Had I ben informed about this before agreeing to have the machine transported, I might have been able to find a dealer that did specialize in Kubota and would now have my machine back and working. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealer for repairs of Kubota equipment. I will followup this evaluation after my repairs are completed, whenever this happens. read more

I reduced my rating to 2 stars after the shop foreman tried to up sell me and when i questioned it they said never mind it is ready to pick up. The machine actually needed some other repairs that was not mentioned or recommended and overlooked. I would have been willing to do other repairs if needed. read more

I've been dealing with these guys for years. Kyle has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. The guys did an excellent job rebuilding the transmission on my kubota l3301. don't trust what the tell you and over charge on your carat card

This place is awesome! I am a huge STIHL brand fan and this place has it all! So far I have bought a shredder/vacuum and hedge trimmer with some other essential accessories to go along with these power tools. Let me start by saying the customer service is great! I dealt with Don Wilson who is a STIHL master mechanic and sales person, he sold me both of my power tools and knew what he was talking about. I had done extensive research of my own prior to visiting and purchasing these products but he spent the time to give me a demonstration of the products and even performed a service. All the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they have wide range of products that are in stock on the shelfs. read more
