Complete Appliance Service to the rescue! So glad to have this great local business. Our sons friend overloaded the washing machine the other day and we could not get it to agitate or drain. My wife had to pump out all the water by hand and wring out his clothes. Next thing I know she has the washer pulled apart trying to watch youtube videos to figure it out. There is no way we could afford to replace it right now and she was stressed but she took the capacitor to a parts shop the following day because she was sure she had ruled out everything but the capacitor or the motor being the problem. The shop checked the capacitor and told her it was working fine, then offered to sell her a used motor for $175. She came home defeated and started searching ebay for a used motor she could afford but realized it could take weeks to get delivered and she couldn't even be a hundred percent certain that was the problem. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I told her it would be best to just buy a used machine in working condition she knew who to call right away. She said she would never buy from anyone besides Complete Appliance Service. I bought a vintage Maytag washer from them when my practically new Maytag washer(5 years snd 3 months old)died. In case you were not aware, the average life expectancy of a new washer is 2-5 years and the parts are very expensive making repair a poor option. In fact my repair man suggested I buy a vintage machine with no electronics only mechanical as they are durable and easily and affordable repaired. He recommended this place as a good place to find a washer that would be affordable and durable. Also their service was good he said. All of this was true. For $180 I got a machine that works incredibly well snd looks like new. He delivered the machine I purchased and hooked it up as well as taking my previous washer. He was very pleasant and very timely as well as being very honest. I would recommend buying from them and would do so again myself if I need an appliance. I only wish I had known about him sooner as I just replaced my dryer with a brand new Maytag from Costco only two weeks before the washer needed to be replaced. read more

8 years ago, yes EIGHT, I moved into a new place and with the expense of it all found myself broke and needing a washer and dryer. I went to Sears, Lowes, Home Depot and another small local place and I just could not afford anything they had to offer. Then I found Complete Appliance Service. I was able to afford an older, used, refurbished washer and dryer that weren't a "set" but they both worked and that was what I needed. They also delivered and installed them for me at no extra charge! I was so happy. About a month ago, I started having to do 2 cycles for each load in the dryer to get my clothes dry but that doesn't even really bother me, because I have gotten MORE than my monies worth out of this set. Fast-forward to last night and my washer wouldn't drain. I tried everything I could but finally had to wring out the clothes and scoop as much water out as possible so that I could pull the washer out from the wall and get it drained all the way. I checked all the hoses and couldn't find a blockage and that is the extent of my washing machine knowledge. I didn't know what else to do, but I remembered that when they delivered the appliances originally Complete Appliance Service told me that if I ever had a problem to contact them and they could do a repair or get me another one if anything ever went wrong. I called this morning around 10:30 and a repair person was here by 12:30. He was here for less than 45 minutes and he only charged me $40 for the service! This place has the best deals around and gets the appliances to you very quickly. We purchased a refrigerator here 3.5 years ago for under $200 and just now decided to find something a little better. We found an almost new fridge for $300 and were able to trade in our old fridge for a little money back. They delivered the new fridge the next day (even switched which side the doors opened up for us) and carried away our old fridge. The actual location is a bit small, but I've purchased a washer and dryer that I've now used for over a year about every other day, and still work fine even after moving from my apartment to a 4 bedroom home. We're in Rancho Cordova - a couple of hours away from Lodi. I was searching Craigslist for a Miele Dishwasher to replace our old Samsung one that had just died. We love the Miele brand, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Complete Appliance actually had a used one that was in great condition. I called to find out if they deliver to the Sacramento area, expecting them to say No, but the owner surprised me with how accommodating he was. He told me all about the dishwasher and the state of it, coordinated delivery and install with an independent contractor that he works with (at a very reasonable price by the way), and had his staff at the store call to take my payment over the phone. I never had to leave my home, and best of all the dishwasher works wonderfully and, even though it's a Miele, it was still less than I would have paid for a new dishwasher from an inferior brand. read more

I then called this company and asked them if they work on Samsung, he said no, Sears does but tell me what the problem is.
