I called dispatch who sounded annoyed. I also tried flagging down the driver multiple times, what ever he was doing in the cab of the truck was more important than his surroundings. Only relying in the winch cable and not 4 points of contact could result in someone's death if that car were to break free. Don't just rely on the parking brake to keep it in one spot. And also if you're going to tow in Texas y'all might wanna look into the DPS requirements here. What flies in NM doesn't fly here. ​

I sent them the estimate, and before my car even arrived, they had already ordered & received the parts and were ready to get to work. Once my car got there, they completed the entire repair in just four days. After waiting over two months at the previous shop, that level of efficiency was incredible. I'm extremely particular about my car because it's custom, and I've done all of the modifications myself. Honest 1 understood that. They kept my car inside the shop, treated it with care, and were professional from start to finish. They even stayed late on the final day to make sure everything was completed so I could pick it up as earlier stated as a possible finish date. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and their customers, but that's exactly what I found at Honest 1 Collision Center. Their workmanship, communication, professionalism, and respect for my vehicle exceeded my expectations. If I ever need collision repairs again, or mechanical work that I'm not willing to do myself, this is the only place I'll use. Highly recommended.

During this time windows were down the whole time wind, rain,snow, and animals. Also metal masters left the engine exposed the whole time to the elements. I was told it was complete so I went to pick up none of the parts fit , and also broken parts. I asked the owner about this and his answer was "just take your fu(king truck". None of the safety sensors work even lights that were not hooked up. Wrong year parts were used and completely Broken parts used. I now have to take to Toyota to get fixed. Stay away from this shop, there is no honor, or loyalty, or honesty. Even there sign says all repairs are guaranteed, this is a fallacy. Go anywhere but this shop, save yourself and your vehicle. I do not have the money for an attorney, so I have a vehicle that I cannot use without having Toyota fixing all I need in order to make road worthy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Unfortunately those factors are usually taken advantage of by businesses. I happened across Danny's Shop and they took great care of my car. He even drove me over to the gym while he fixed my car lol. They ended up only having to replace my brakes because my rotors were actually fine (Big O Tires are liars). And used only the best brand for way less than any other quoted prices from other shops. I recommend this shop hands down and wish there were more honest businesses in the world like these guys.

I sent it in and the car was there for about 5 weeks after they told me it was going to be done, I got the car back without my right side running light, I asked them they said "it was too damaged to put back on the vehicle, no proof provided. I was not given back the light they had thrown it away so I asked for them to replace it because it was something I bought with my own money, it was not OEM. After a few months there was large gaps where the bumper and quarter panel meet on both sides, and the paint was chipping. I brought the car back and Anthony Trujillo the manager told me he would fix the gaps and chipping paint, and replace the light. A month later I receive no communication from Anthony after I called him today, now he says he will not replace the lights, and does not want to have any more conversations with me. They are only after money do not bring your business here.
