Oil was changed, and the service tech recognized the other shop NEVER changed the valve stem, which was defective.... that's 3 days ago, and I have NOT had a flat since! While addressing the tire, the tech noticed an issue with the front end. I acknowledged there was a slight pull to the left and he quickly told me what was needed to be repaired and that I needed to have it done in Kankakee as his shop did not have the ability to do an alignment.
