Their staff was extremely helpful and courteous. After the completion of the sale I was given a thorough explanation of the options on the vehicle. I have already recommended Larry Wagner at Smith Ford to a relative for a future purchase. If you're in the market to purchase a new Ford, I would recommend you see Larry Wagner at Smith Ford in Lowell, Indiana. Steve G. Well satisfied customer.

That apprehension went away IMMEDIATELY and here is why. I was looking at their inventory late one Tuesday night and so I sent an email to them. 9:11 am Wednesday morning (11 mins after they opened) Justin the salesperson emailed me back about the car. At 9:15 he then called me. I picked up, asked how many miles were on the car I was interested in, he told me, I said I'd be there within 2 hours to see it. I pull up, he's got it waiting there for me, he takes my info, I take it for a test drive. I want the SUV. We go in, I ask the price of the car, he tells me. I ask about qualifying discounts, we settle that, we get the paperwork started. I put a deposit down. It was as simple as that. I come back later that night, sign on the dotted line, and I have my car. The only reason it took almost an hour and a half is because the dealership were trying to get ahold of the DMV in my state for the sales tax. But it doesn't end there. My parents were so impressed, they turned around, and bought another Ecosport from him a few days later. I wasn't spoken down, I wasn't harassed about how much I was putting down, it was a simple conversation, yes & no answers, and my auto was purchased. If you are in the NWI region and want a Ford, go to this dealership. Everyone I spoke to there was nice, respectful, and it was just a pleasant, non-headache inducing experience.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the customer service is unchanged - excellent! The appearance and features of the stage are also unchanged. It is fully handicapped-accessible and the lot is uncrowded and easy to traverse. It is easy to find from the Bradley-Bourbonnais exit of I57. Note: The new name of the dealership is Phillips Auto Group of Bradley. When I was looking for a vehicle the Phillips name consistently came up as being an outstanding one by people who had purchased at Phillips, In addition to the Bradley location they also have dealerships in Frankfort, IL and Lansing, IL.

I questioned the ability to negotiate the price of the extended warranty and Shelton tried telling me that they LEGALLY cannot negotiate the price. Well, that is not true. It is their dealership policy, but that does not make it a law. Saying they can't legally do that is DECEITFUL to the customer and should be addressed as such. I talked to Walter, the general sales manager, and he didn't seem bothered by Shelton being dishonest about this. Playing it off as "not a big deal" is not a good look and is bad business. I asked about getting the deposit back that was provided to the dealership and was told it would be 10 business days because they cashed the check. However, that information was not disclosed when putting the deposit down while making a decision to move forward with purchase or not. Do better for your community and when taking care of older clientele that are easily swayed by your words and actions.

Prior to the exit for Dralle Chevrolet Buick, noticed my passenger rear tire was leaking air quickly due to a nail. I called Dralle Chevrolet Buick (on a Friday at 4pm of all days), and got on the road to them. I appreciate how quick and willing they were to help us. This whole fiasco, took a solid 30 minutes and we were back on the road in no time!

The car was discounted that day but mileage was not. I agreed for my credit to be pulled and filled out the on line application. Of course once this was done my credit was shopped to multiple locations which was worse than using my credit union. With 1 inquiry. The car has more than a 3,000 mile variation so I chose not to buy. I could not stop the inquiries on my credit. The person I tried to work with was nice. She just did not have all the facts either. It is my opinion if you can change the price of a car you can and should update the mileage especially if it is different buy thousands of miles not hundreds.
