I called around to several shops at home for quotes and they wanted to charge close to $2k to replace the parts, which I knew was way too expensive. My family lives in Clarksville and highly recommended Murders (and their quote was over $1k cheaper than what my local shops wanted to charge me!) so I made an appointment a couple weeks in advance and drove in to Clarksville from OKC. It was a great experience all around! I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and we reviewed the work I needed done again, and they let me know that they'd take a couple of extra hours after they'd finished replacing the parts to run the car in the shop and drive it around to make sure that everything worked fine. I thought it was awesome that they were taking the time to double check the work, that was a great reassurance for me since it was such a big job. I picked it up and drove it back home to Oklahoma the same day, and it runs perfectly! I'm very glad to have gotten in to a place that does great work for honest prices. Highly recommend to anyone, local or not, thats looking for a good mechanic!

They pulled it back in and called me later to two expain that this is a different issue than the recall, and would need more parts. Well no kidding, what ive been saying all along. I was helped by Danny , who was really respectful and helpful. I drove up from Dallas to get a particular truck that I came across on Autotrader. I was cautious, because driving 5 hours to the dealership gives you the disadvantage during negotiations. Regardless, Danny stuck to the previously agreed-upon deal (without any ambiguous fees or up-sale tactics), and I left with a new car that day. Their mechanic was competent and answered all my questions (I double checked what he said later on with a private mechanic as well). This dealership has an impressive lot, too. I believe they source unique cars within a large area. Definitely worth a walk around if you're looking for something.

Spoke to Jason at Jody's on the phone on Friday morning around 10 a.m., just about getting my car…read moretowed to a dealer in town for a check engine light, and my car running rough. When I found out they also did repairs, he said they'd be able to get me in and get the diagnostic done on the day, which the dealer couldn't even touch it 'til Monday. So, I went with Jody's. They came and picked it up at my house, with a flatbed, within an hour, got it down there, did the diagnostic, did the fix, and were able to get the keys back in my hands by 4 p.m. The mouse-chewed wires unfortunately weren't covered under my platinum warranty, but they wouldn't have been covered at the dealers, either! I know I got my car back faster, and that the price was probably even a little lower, and I honestly couldn't be more pleased. Hopefully no more un-warrantied issues with my Nissan Kicks, but if I do, I'll have Jody's deal with them. Time to go get some mouse and rat repellent!
