I paid Dalton RV to handle my title, registration, and licensing paperwork, but they failed to submit everything in a timely manner. They also did not send the money I paid for my registration and title to the appropriate agency. As a result, I was left paying for the registration, title, license, and late fees out of my own pocket. In addition, I purchased a backup camera and a ladder that were supposed to be installed on the RV before delivery. Instead, I waited over a month for the parts to come in. When they finally shipped them to me, the ladder was damaged, the backup camera was the wrong model, and the ladder wasn't even the correct one for my RV. Since then, I've spent countless hours trying to resolve these issues. I've repeatedly called to request a refund and to return the incorrect and damaged items, but my calls have largely gone unanswered. I asked several times to speak with the owner, Levi, but he has never spoken with me directly. When I called about the title and registration issue, I was told he was "indisposed." I asked to hold, but instead my call was disconnected, and afterward my phone number was blocked. This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I expected Dalton RV to stand behind their sale and correct their mistakes, but instead I was left with unexpected expenses, damaged and incorrect parts, and virtually no customer service. I cannot recommend doing business with this dealership based on my experience.

However, Jason honored every word he said as I had to book a plane ticket to fly down to Russelville. Upon my arrival the title was not in his name because the vehicle was repossesed signed over by the financing company and not registered in Jason or his company name. Ofcourse this made me scepticle but Jason was more than patient with me in giving me whatever I needed for my peace of mind before I handed over 9,200 cash money. He had licensure, insurance, and his personal identification which he was more than willing to share. Upon returning to South Dakota and getting it registered at the county treasurer's office, I had no problems with getting the vehicle registered. In fact they didn't ask single question about the title. The vehicle is registered in my name without any issues. It was a great experience and the vehicle is better than I suspected. His price was more than fair and the vehicle is a gem. I highly reccommend Jason and a buyer's market and want anyone who is reading this to know that A Buyer's Market and Jason are 100% legit and he is a man of his word.
