I'm sending this review out as a public service announcement for those who use C and C Plumbing for…read moretheir plumbing needs or plan to.   On Friday night (April 11, 2026) I had discovered a leak under my kitchen sink and called C and C Plumbing. They said they would send a person out the next day and being that it would be a Saturday, I'd have to pay the overtime rate (which happened to be an additional $25.00). That was fine. The next morning the plumber arrived and assessed the leak problem. I had explained to him that we had had a garbage disposal removed approximately a year and a half earlier by his company. After he had replaced 4 inches of PVC pipe to the sink's drain, he explained that the pipe that was attached to the sink after the garbage disposal was removed was cut too short and that between gravity and the weight of the water after time caused the pipe to detach resulting in the leak. It took 1/2 hour to complete the job. On Monday morning, (April 20) I received a bill for $152.00. When I called to tell them I thought the bill was too high, particularly since the problem was initiated by their lack of "professional" workmanship, I was told that the removal of my sink's garbage disposal happened more than a year ago and that they weren't responsible due to the time frame and I should have called sooner. What difference does the time frame make? The replacement part didn't wear out. It was improperly measured and cut and then replaced. And by the way, why would I call sooner when no problem existed? I wasn't asking for a free service call, just a fair price in their billing for something that shouldn't have happened had the initial job been done correctly. When I brought up a reduction in the bill I was told that wasn't possible and that if this bill wasn't paid, they'd refer it to a collection agency. I guess we'll see where this goes. Otherwise, the next stop will be a letter of complaint to the Better Business bureau.

My floors have paint everywhere as well as most of my appliances in the kitchen. I didn't have the exact handle at home for them to drill the holes so I had to send someone to get different ones and even with the handles , the holes are not centered at all. They laugh at you and tell you it's common sense to know, you should have the exact handles but I took a last minute spot a few days later and I was told they were only adding the second hole for a 5in space but instead wood filled the first hole when they sprayed the cabinet doors and had to drill both holes after the placed them up. Kaylee basically called me a lair and told me I was told, i should have had the exact handles but I was not. Tons of spots were not even sprayed completely and the men had to touch up most of them. They were at my house until 8pm on Friday which is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. They didn't paint behind my refrigerator and told me it was a liability that they cannot move it so instead of asking if I could move it, they just left it unpainted . Kaylee didn't like that I was telling her the job was incomplete and she continued to give excuses instead of giving me actual resolutions. She was nasty the whole time and didn't like I wasn't backing down to having her complete the job I was promised so she voided my warranty. NOT like I want it for the horrible job I got. The crew spoke Spanish but my father understands/speaks and they complained the whole time how poorly they are paid and gave us their personal numbers so they can come back and fix the job themselves. After Kaylee accused the guys were uncomfortable in my home because of screaming. I have three kids and 13 foot ceilings so i don't know what sounds they're used to but in my house it's loud and once again, an example how inappropriate she spoke to me. The crew were pleasant and we tipped them very well after. And they were happy to give us all their personal information so I don't know how uncomfortable they could have been. Her and her husband didn't even come and see the job there company did, all I got was excuses how everything was my FAULT. I've never had a company talk to me the way they did. If I were you, I would completely beware. I'm sure they will write something full of excuses but at the end of the day customers are always right. There are lots of people who do this type of work and charge the same. These people have no respect for their customers.

We hired KB painting to paint our shiplap ceiling in May. After research the only way to paint…read moreshiplap ceiling after it is installed is to spray it. We discussed spraying our ceiling, protecting our walls as they were just painted and also protecting our floors because they were professionally cleaned. We also requested a flat paint because it was a ceiling. KB painters had a painter come out to our house to give us an estimate and to view the job. From that point we had hired the company. We took their next available date. The painters (someone different than who was supposed to originally do the job) showed up 4 hours late with rollers and a semi gloss paint and zero protection. We called the owners and were very confused as to why nothing was what we asked for. At that point we did not feel comfortable allowing them to do the job so we had requested a refund of $900 for the deposit. They told us that they will not refund us even though they did not bring any supplies into our house nor did they do any work at all! I then contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. KB Painting never responded to the credit card dispute instead put me into collections for $2000 which was more than what the job was supposed to be. We hired E.A.G Custom Painting after, and gave the same instructions. They did an amazing job, met all of our needs, and showed up on time.

I called their office and told them that I would be a little later than I anticipated because of what happened and he and his wife personally came to help me. Who does that these days! It wasn't a high priority, but it needed to be done. Here is what happened. Front-of-the House- I was touched by two very nice women. I could feel their great attitude over the phone. I could even sense their smile. I waited for ten days for an appointment because it was low priority and that was no problem. Service- Two great guys showed up. They were running a little behind but that was no problem because I was kept informed. They were friendly and competent and got the job done in under an hour. They cleaned up beautifully. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and make sure I was satisfied. The price was very fair as expected. Excavation Point person told my contractor staff on site that next day that they found a drone. Excavation point doesn't have my contact information or who I am so they told the contractor about it, put it in a safe and waterproof location on the job site. I came back again to my lot but this time during the day and the contractor asked if I was missing a drone - I said YES. He went into that pedestal where you keep permits and other paperwork and handed me my missing drone that I lost a couple days before. I lost it when I hit a branch without seeing that one branch it on the camera, one loan branch sticking out further than others and it got stuck. I couldn't find it the next day, but your company found it. HONEST employees. But most important thing is they did an excellent job. I would recommend them. If they do decide to grace with their presence, they want you to be able to adjust your schedule at the drop of a dime, because their time is obviously more important than yours.
