I had built up a list of about ten tasks and it was time to do something about it. My neighbors all swore this guy walks on water, so I gave him a call. He perused my condo and assured me that everything was doable and should be no problem. He was booked for about ten days, so I had to wait a bit. Once he got going I was hugely impressed. His attention to detail was outstanding. His communication skills with me were spot on. The fit & finish of everything he did was impressive and when he cleaned up everything was immaculate. Note- He lives in North Highlands County and generally works in the Central and North parts of the county. He might be enticed to travel a bit more if the job is large enough. Paid him for that work. I also paid him in advance to go back to shim the casing around the pocket door. He was supposed to return to the house on 4/21/22 to take care of this door casing shim work and also adjust the new locked previously installed. He did not go to the house as planned and he has not responded to my numerous calls and texts as of me filing this review. Of added note he received another review from Angi dated 4/22/22 from Wanda A in Sebring, FL.
